Subway — Restaurant in Brampton

I’m not sure how this location has any reviews over 1 star, it deserves 0. I ordered two subs and a wrap, and the staff got my orders completely wrong while I was standing there repeating what I had asked for. By the end of the ordeal, they made one of the subs wrong, used a completely different product (I requested turkey, she used chicken) and then charged me for the higher priced item when it’s not what I asked for. Fine, this was no problem, I didn’t want to cause any issues so I left that alone. But the sub and the wrap were terrible. The bread was undercooked, the chicken was undercooked and under seasoned, I feel some of it was still raw. The sub was soggy and wet, the sauce was watery and it had no flavour or taste. The staff skimped on ingredients and what they did put in, tasted terrible and soggy like it had been sitting out or unrefrigerated. Just terrible quality and terrible service and I won’t be returning to waste my money here, might as well have thrown cash in the trash for what I received. Dont order from here, save your money, drive a little further to a different location to get a better product...

I eat salad at work for dinner .I normally order from other locations but I picked up from this location twice and have a same problem. 1st time my spouse picked up and i half empty and no fork .I called and asked to for manager and no one called back .

2nd time yesterday evening my spouse picked up dinner my veggie salad. They had no cucumbers. And my container is half empty when I opend it and I stayed hungry whole night. I understand that ingredients might be expensive, but if you're increasing prices, they should also ensure the value matches the cost. It should value my money as other’s locations does .how much can half a container of veggies can cost them but I paid $10. They are asking extra $2 for just a few cucumbers or cheese.

I have bought from this location for many years and normally good but lately it' hasn't been worth my money. Today I bought 4 footlong subs for my family and it was mostly lettuce. I understand that ingredients are expensive but if you are increasing your prices you need to give back the value. I ordered steak, chicken and assorted subs and they all taste like they only had vegetables and barely any meat. I really hope you can consider improving the standards that we are regular customers. I have made complaints before but unfortunately the staff just looks at you like they cant understand. The bad part for me is that we have just thrown out all these subs because of how bad they taste and have to go and spend extra money for a decent dinner. If you can reply and state you will do something about improving this location i will try again otherwise youve lost my business to the next closest...
