UNETHICAL (STEALS PORTION), UNHYGIENIC (HAIR IN FOOD) and LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Decided to do a takeout seeing the good reviews. However the person on the phone couldnt understand what we were saying, they were unable to locate a pizza thats their on the menu. So we were patient enough during our 15 min phone call, we eventually decided to drive to the location and order, thinking it might easier for them to comprehend. Upon arriving we decided to dine in since the Ambiance was pretty decent. However I would highly suggest everyone to PLEASE OBSERVE YOUR FOOD before eating! Our pizza came with a HAIR in it! The ordeal doesnt end there, we noticed the portion size was quite small for a 12" and on further investigation noticed that it was missing two whole slices. We were given a silly explanation that the Pizza was sliced incorrectly as such it was missing two pieces, so i rearranged the slices cordially and showed them the Pizza indeed was missing two whole slices! (Basic grade 5 geometry)
The servers took the pizza and made us a fresh one after quite a wait. We were offered complementary drinks for the additional wait and the inconvenience, we politely declined on the drinks and clearly told them that we would let them know if we need anything else, so in the end we ordered a single dessert thinking it will be on the house as a courtesy. How ever when we recieved the bill we were charged for the complementary dessert on a seperate bill, which when asked they said "NO ITS NOT COMPLEMENTARY", I didnt even bother arguing just paid and left.
TIP: Please understand that customers are not stupid, if u do a major screw up like putting hair in the food and stealing portions then compensating is a basic courtesy, however charging for something thats complementary in...

the quality of food in this restaurant is getting worse day by day a girl I know you used to work at their place earlier she has now left the job I met her just a few days ago so she told me that this restaurant has hired a new manager the restaurant owner has blind faith in him.
and that manager made many changes in restaurant as per his own wish his girlfriend and that manager together kept doing their own wish in the restaurant moreover manager's girlfriend used to put a lot of restrictions on all of workers even ordering on them and did not even treat them well so because of this they left the job one by one.
I don't know the name of the owner of this restaurant but I want to give him only one message that if he want to save his business then he should think twice and replace this manager with a well qualified person who has knowledge about business strategies. And can become good team leader

First I tried to place an order for my kid three times when everytime the server came back with a different reason to basically say it isn't available. Next and the main reason I am giving this place one star is because I ordered a pizza and specifically asked the server to not add chicken and not just once but 3 times. When the pizza arrived, as I started eating I realised I was eating chicken. The reason why it was given to us was because the server didn't understand the order. Her communication was pathetic. And we returned the pizza and asked that a fresh one be made which is completely vegetarian. Further disappointment is that the manager was sitting right there across and knew what happend but did not care to come and apologize. The place is well set up and for such a place you would expect competent staff who would understand the customer's order. The staff seemed really dumb and it's upsetting that the dietary restrictions were not met. I wish I could give it zero or negative stars.
