Fresh Burrito — Restaurant in Brampton

I am pleasantly surprised at the obvious difference in quality here compared to some other places we've gone to. I have gluten, dairy and bean allergies and the staff here was very helpful and courteous. I am very impressed with the food and service. It is delicious and fresh!! Our first time here and we ordered the large chicken. My husband's burrito was HUGE and filling, we were quite impressed and are now hooked. I had the bowl and while everything was delicious and I like the chicken chunks rather than pulled chicken it is dark meat which adds to the flavour however I was a little disappointed that my portion seemed much smaller than my husband's and I wasn't full at all when finished my meal. They were very skimpy on the veggies and guacamole, my bowl was filled with rice and lettuce with a few chunks of chicken and some veggies sprinkled on top. All in all we will be back regularly and discontinue the former places we used to go to. Fresh Burrito has more topping options and a better menu variety than the others. Perhaps they could look at increasing the portion when you get a bowl becase without the flour tortilla, beans, cheese or sour cream, it's really not enough to get full on it. FreshBurrito plays gimmicks with promos.

I ordered on Uber Eats. the burrito bowl that comes as part of the burrito bowl combo BOGO is actually half the quantity of a regular burrito bowl. their regular burrito bowl(in pic: black) costs about $12 and comes in a bigger black box. for the $17 BOGO orders they use a smaller white box(in pic) in which they usually send tacos. so, essentially, even if I buy a BOGO I get the same quantity of burrito bowl + 2 small chips and 2 cans pop. this is not Buy 1 Get 1 free. It is just 1 burrito bowl combo with an extra pop and small bag of chips (that i do not like and cannot choose).

#UberEats had a technical issue and they couldn't help me as they couldn't pull up my order. I sent them pics and when I asked if they received it or not, the agent ended the chat saying I will be switched from chat to message. No communication since.

Update: just received my receipt. I got charged for 2 burrito bowl combos as #ubereats did not apply the BOGO. The app showed a lower price and charged more than shown. All because they do not provide receipt when order is placed. If I had known I would have canceled the order....

My first time here and this place was not for me because the Bean & Guacamole burrito I got had some very tangy/sour taste to it that I just didn't like. I can't exactly say it was bad so others may like that. I couldn't tell where it was coming from but it may have been Burrito Sauce, Hot Salsa, Guacamole or spices in the rice. I love burritos in general but because of this experience, I likely won't ever have it again while trying to figure what I didn't like because there are other places nearby which are exactly to my liking.

I may come back to try the Supreme Fries tough, photo looks good.
