April 17th 2025... update... Came back to this location after many years and once again disappointment... the fries for chicken on the sticks and poutine were hard as a rock. Called and spoke to a guy who did apologize and said to come another day and recieve a replacement. I hesitantly drove back right away as guests were still eating and I thought I'd serve them fresh fries while they were there. When I went back luckily I took the sticks box with me. The girl argued that she made fresh but might have left them in the fryer a bit long as it was busy which may have hardened them up. Regardless they were hard as a rock. She said because you brought back one box I'll make one and not the other. When I told her what the guy said she replied no I will not be making the whole order. I reminded her about it not being the whole order and what if I came another time with NO boxes to show, she stared straight blank at me and said no I will not be making all the fries again. When I took a plastic spoon from their bag and tried breaking the fries they wouldn't break in front of her either. To this she said it's because this is a plastic spoon... Huh! Why can't these immigrant workers be taught customer service and quality food prep? Speed isn't the only key performance indicator for a business and fast food doesn't need to be crap food.
To the owner, Please bring back the original customer service and the delicious Lazeez taste!

Their chicken is okay, but the beef is not fresh. It's either leftovers or not cooked properly. Make sure to taste before you take away otherwise they'll suspect you of lying. After bringing the extremely-difficult-to- chew-beef to their attention I eventually got a sorry but with a condition to either come the same night or first thing next morning. For a lot of money, the freshness needs to be looked upon closely. Used to be good when they first opened. Listen to...
Read moreAllow me by saying, my experience has been mixed with this location. I am a vegetarian who's never had meat before. Today I ordered their "student special falafel wraps" along with some fries. The cashier took the order as usual and passed it to the person preparing the food. They had made a mistake preparing the order and gave me chicken wrap instead. The moment I realized it was when I opened up my food and found chicken bits. I went back to show them what they had done. They agreed that they had made a mistake but wouldn't refund my order. After insisting they only refunded a portion of the order. After such customer service, I'm never stepping foot in that place. I will be reporting them to the local health authority and food safety for violating the rules and feeding meat to vegetarians and then on top of that stiffing the customer.
Warning for customers: just keep an eye out on them when they make food or you might end up with a surprise.
Also a note for the owner: I understand refunds to customers on food items isn't viable and frankly would never need to be done but in cases where i literally showed them proof that it was a mistake on their part, full food should have just been refunded. I should just be filing a lawsuit for making such a huge mistake. The employee is lying to...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer at this location for over 5 years, regularly spending more than $50 per visit. Up until recently, I’ve had no issues and always looked forward to their generous portion sizes, especially the large portions of chicken. However, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing.
During my last 2-3 visits, I ordered 3 platters and a wrap. As you can see in the photos, the platters are mostly rice with barely any chicken. This is a shocking difference compared to what I usually receive. The portions were known for being large and satisfying, but now they are skimping on the chicken, which is unacceptable - especially when you spend more than $50 per visit.
Additionally, the quality of the food has declined. The veggies in the wrap tasted old, the rice was overcooked in the platters, and the chicken had lots of cartilage - making it very unpleasant to eat.
A word of advice to management - prioritize fixing these issues. If this continues, they will lose a loyal customer who has supported their business for years. I hope they take this feedback seriously and restore the quality and portion sizes that once made them a favorite.
Update: It seems management still hasn’t rectified the issue despite...
