Quik Chik - Queen/Chinguacousy — Restaurant in Brampton

I asked the girl working if she could make me a fresh chicken sandwich, i specifically asked her to drop in a fresh chicken filet, she comes back after 1 minute with my food, when i know the chicken takes at least 7 minutes to cook (tasted like it was sitting there for hours), and both girls at the counter didn’t stop laughing the whole time i was there, which i dont mind but it would have been great if they didn’t while taking my order. This place used to be decent but now its turned into an absolute joke. Same as their steels and 410 location which got permanently shut down and with the way things are going here, this place is next.

Response to the reply, I’ve actually worked at this specific branch, i know what the quality is supposed to be like, and yes it can be made in a minute if you use old chicken, moreover, instead of trying to come up with witty comebacks i suggest you take criticism to improve your restaurant, if this is the owners response to my review i can imagine why the staff and quality of food is like that.

I have been coming to this location and many other quick chicks for the last couple of years and I can confidently say the quality has drastically declined the chicken sandwich used to be amazing. It was spicy fresh all around. It was amazing but now it’s complete trash. The portion sizes have decreased. The chicken sandwich is so small and tiny and the price is through the roof and is no longer fresh and not spicy as it used to be. For the last couple months I have been coming here. I noticed that the sandwich seems like it’s premade and they just heat it up and give it to you. Seems like they make it all in the morning and just assemble it To you just yesterday, I bought a chicken sandwich from them and it was dripping water. Seems like the lettuce had been drenched in water horrible no taste no Flavour and then today, my brother went in to purchase a cheesecake from them after receiving the cheesecake. He noticed there was mold growing on it. After showing the worker, she quickly replaced it this store needs to be checked by the health department. It is vital they come and have a look. Also to mention the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and filthy seems like it’s never been cleaned

I am a foodie, who loves to submit honest reviews, based on my personal experience. Although, I don’t live nearby but I always wanted to try “Quik Chik” as they serve Halal, and also have multiple locations, giving the impression that they definitely serve quality food. But my first ever visit (last week) at this particular location was ruined by the serving staff. I was really hungry and therefore ordered their special “Buffalo Chicken Sandwich”; paid the full price (10$+, +Tax) The one and only positive was the bigger bun and the dripping spicy buffalo sauce😜; in contrast, the inside filling was a small piece of raw/not properly done, chicken breast, pushed to one side of the bun, some shredded cabbage with some melted cheddar cheese/sauce?? most of which was on the wrapper🫠 I could have ignored these things, if the staff was really busy, but there was no rush at all.
