Though it is a waste my time in writing this in connection with my first review and reply from the store, it has become necessary and am forced to post this clarification about false allegation against me. Here there is an act of cover up. The conversation was as follows. As a disappointed customer I told him about my previous purchases of having paid for extra cheese and yet the pizza was found dry. At this order I only requested them to make sure it is rectified. I felt and I am sure I have all the right to let them know about product when it is not meeting the basic standards. In the conversation I mentioned in a very polite manner (the staff present there are witnesses to this conversation) that for this price I would get better quality from other competitors. But still I preferred to remain loyal as I live near by.
My discussion was very calm and quiet as I had some regards for this store as the previous franchise was very friendly. But the current guy who runs this store, instead of dealing in a polite manner acted so rudely, cancelling my order by 'tearing my order receipt' and asked me to go and buy from other store.( I really thank him for this act as it resulted me to find a pizza store down the road its product was so delicious and well worthy.)
His allegation against me of behaving rudely, being hostile, verbal abuse and cursing the staff is a big lie. In fact the staff members were good with me always. It was reciprocal act from my side always in previous visits. I had been to this store several occasions as I live near by. It was unfortunate that I met this person first time yesterday and experienced unprofessional behavior from him. It was a most regrettable incident. -----------------------------------In the interest of customers, I am posting this review to say that this new management has the worst customer service and poor quality of pizza in this area not worth for money.
Inspite of paying extra money for extra cheese always the pizza is dry. Today when I politely discussed about this issue, the owner was very furious. He is a rude guy, and is not ready to accept complaints.
Unfortunately, the staff is good but with terrible owner who doesn't give any value for good long time customers. I will never buy anything from this store any more. Zero...

I went in on Saturday . July.18/2015 & The woman who was there at cashier " around 7:00pm" was very ignorance & very rude " she had NO manners AT ALL" & she faked that she DIDN'T know ENGLISH " when she clearly knew ENGLISH , I asked walked in & asked the cashier a SIMPLE question & she said you called I told you " I NEVER called at all" & then I had to get the young guy " who makes the pizza " to answer my SIMPLE question & then ONCE I PAID for my medium cheese pizza & then I asked for a receipt she had a other YELLING match " NOTE she had been YELLING AT ALL Customers in the pizza shop " & I told the manager that the woman on cash is very ignorance & very rude & YELLING at all the customers & the manger said I know & he DID NOTHING about the issue AT ALL, then about two mins AFTER having to ask for my RECEIPT , I asked the cashier for a FULL REFUNDED back & she said I gave you " NO she DIDN'T " & then the cashier goes to the NEXT customer & serves then " HELL NO" I said excuse me " to the cashier" & said what kind of customer service is this? I said you have NOT gave me BACK my FULL REFUNDED yet & your serving the NEXT customer?
