Lally's Sweets & Tandoori Restaurant — Restaurant in Brampton

This takeout place has the most authentic food at throwaway price, ranging from thaalis to individual curries , tandoors & sweets, chaat corners …they have everything as per your pocket & need, well another good thing about some of the curries that they sell have a medium & large portion available so you can jolly well take as per ur requirement & also if you are tasting for the first time its better to experiment with the medium & once you know the taste , you can definitely order as per your need . The desi decor has few interesting pieces which will definitely transport you back to your country, & will put a smile on your face. The servers are helpful, prompt & well behaved. Food is cooked fresh here, so might have to wait a bit once you order.

We order the fish pakora all the time here, thats our favorite & its really good, the quantity, price & taste all are on point, we are yet to try the goat curry this time , would update my review once I eat it tonight.

Update : tried the goat curry, it was flavorful, fresh & taste was on point, the meat was well cooked & was so soft that it melt in the mouth but the quantity is very very less, only 4 pieces of tiny meat which is as good as one & a half...

Didn't want to complaint but i have to because i got sick after eating their food. We had chana bhatura's but i think their dough was old and they were very hard to chew and the carrots in side pickle were completely spoiled and the samosas were tasteless only filled with potatoes. And on the top of that, the customer service was zero. The girl on the counter looked like she has to work forcefully. Rude face expressions with wrinkles on the forehead. Like how much efford it takes to serve the customer with a smile? That's not too much to ask for and it's their responsibility to satisfy the customer. Simply Don't come if you can't handle the things. After reading the other reviews and the owner's answer i got realised they just want to prove themselves right and never accept their mistakes . So there is zero expectations for them to do better next time. Never ever coming back to this place and recommending everyone to not have their food and compromise their health because the quality of the food...

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. This is the second time I got a carry out and before I walk out of the store my food is half emptied into the plastic bag. I go in and politely ask to have my order remade and the rude woman who had an attitude before I even placed my order blames me for not holding it straight. I said excuse me all I did was walk out the door and my entire food was emptied in the bag because it was not properly bagged or placed into the box. After I had it re made AGAIN before I left the restaurant it was all over the place again. Idk why she couldn’t take the time to put my order together properly. We go to Lallys multiple times a week but this is the very last time I will ever go there again. Rude employees with no respect of concern for their paying customers.
