Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

I give this place no stars or a good review. The service is slow along with rude employees and an immature angry manager who tells you to grow up when your order is wrong and gets mad at you. Do not ask if I want my pizza well done when your not going to make it well done. They serve food from the floor. The dough sits on the floor basically in a open bottom crate. The dough is black like dirt from the floor and they still prep it and serve it to you guys. They drop pepperoni, cheese, dough, peppers and onions on the floor, pick it up, slice them and cook them on your pizza.

The manager is rude. She would not let me complete my deliveries properly. Sorry some of you didn't get what you asked for. She yelled at us and told us to stop telling her how to do her job. She throws money at the drivers. She says nasty things about her customers when you people call or walk-in to purchase pizza, such as, "People are annoying and stupid"!! WOW.!!

I made more tips then her and she did not like that. Now I work two days a week. I have been yelled at because of her mistakes. Their specials are not specials. For example, we were allowed to add 3 free toppings on a $4.99 medium walk-in special, but she would tell you no, they charge extra for toppings and charged the price of a regular medium pizza which is $6.99. NEVER ORDER PIZZA FROM THIS STORE!!! WORST PLACE EVER!

Worst Customer Service EVER!! We live in an apartment and never have I ever heard of a policy where the customer service rep says 'The driver will come upstairs if he wants to, that is our policy, you will have to go downstairs if you want the pizza'. The guy did not even bring the entire order, forgot the Poppers and Dipping Sauce as well.

First time the driver said, ' we cannot come upstairs because we do not get full signal in our terminal, please pay online if you want us to come to your doorstep.' What you know, we paid online and this time aroud the driver says, 'come downstairs if you want the pizza or I can leave.' Next time the driver LIES saying 'Buzzer does not work' when clearly he/she did not even bother to call.

WHY AM I PAYING THE DELIVERY FEE IF YOU CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE YOU ARE CHARGING US FOR!

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS, UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE...

dont waste your time and money at this location guys to be honest only one guy i dont know the name maybe he’s the only male at night time rest of staff is girls also on counter is girl no doubt she’s respect every one but the food they gave us dont know what to say i share some of pic of it anyone who ever wants to know what they gave me pls compare this pic with my screen ahot also going to atached with it what i atcually order and what we got not even near to our order the boy i earlier memtion in the review only one who was told us that i will make another order for u what we dont want to bother somebody else who’s not invovled to make wrong order for us than why he’s only going to suffer so we anyhow eat wrongly made and silently came out what i would say guys pls make attention to making order first check what somebody want atcually and then u deside r u able to make it perfect or not don’t waste someone money amd time its worst...
