Second Cup Café — Restaurant in Brampton

Came to this second cup at 10:50am to order coffee. Used the outside door to enter. There were two individuals standing in line so my family and I stood to the side in order to give them space to order while we waited to order next. When another individual entered the store from the go train entrance, she tried going infront of everyone until we mentioned we were waiting. My sister went to order when the server (Tammy) said next in line to the person that came in a few minutes after us. Tammy (older lady with short blond hair), turns to us and said that the line starts on the side where the go train entrance is even though we were standing where the pastry display was (which is the beginning of the line. She then tells us that the other individual was there waiting longer than we were even though we saw her enter after we did. This entire interaction was full of attitude and felt extremely like we were being discriminated against. If I could give this place zero...

I ordered two Vanilla Bean Frappe’s and I asked the cashier twice that it will be blended, she said yes.

Then the barista was creating my drinks, and I realized they were actually over ice. So I asked - “will these be blended?” To which she responded, “no what did you pay for?” I said “ I wanted two blended drinks”. She then asked the cashier, who admitted it was her mistake. The barista then said “can you just take the iced drink, as it will go to waste otherwise and I’ll blend the other one.”

I was highly disappointed in the service here today. I did not receive what I asked for, and was made to feel bad about wasting a drink to get...

This location is great! They take the time to remember their regulars, and that means alot to them. They're always so polite, always smiling and always ready to strike up a conversation. Thats great customer service. I asked them to make a heart with the caramel sauce in my coffee, not an easy task by the way lol. But each time I go, they never stopped trying. Just because they wanted to. And something as simple and silly as that, builds a relationship. KEEP BEING AMAZING...
