I have been ordering the same thing which is the mega munch. One this occasion, I was told the store doesn't have any Breaded chicken wings only classic wings. I was hesitant to order because I don't particularly like classic wings. I asked the cashier 2 times about the breaded chicken wings and she repeated the same thing " we don't have any breaded chicken wings in the store " I received the pizza which they mess up. While I was waiting for the correct pizza, a customer walked in to picked up his orders. I noticed on the customer box it had " BR " for breaded chicken wings. I asked the customer just to be sure and the customer said It's breaded chicken wings. I approached the cashier who took my order and asked her about the breaded chicken wings. She said only customer that order on line can get the breaded chicken wings. I asked her if this is new and she said yes it was implemented 1 week ago. I asked her where in the store is this new rule posted. She pointed to a brown paper that was tapes beside her cash register that only the cashier can see. . The cashier then said she can give me the breaded chicken wings only this one but if i want breaded chicken wings I have to order it on line. I have never heard any thing so ridiculous in my life. I asked the cashier why she didn't tell me this when I first ordered. She said nothing then returned with a big bag of breaded chicken wings. Read moreThis is a perfect example of how untrained and incompetent staff can damage the reputation of a good Canadian pizza business. I ordered a small pizza for a quick bite and was told it would be ready in 10–12 minutes. However, I only received it after 35 minutes.
When I raised my concern, the staff member—an Indian student—seemed completely unaware of why I was upset and responded with excuses, showing no sign of an apology. I then asked her to change the drink and dip that had been handed to me when I placed my order, but she refused, saying she could not do that. I explained that the drink and dip should be served fresh with the pizza, not 35 minutes earlier.
Throughout this experience, the other staff members, also Indian students, were laughing and chatting among themselves in their native language, which felt highly unprofessional.

I placed an order for two small things and it’s been over 30 minutes and none of the employees has gotten back to me Regarding it. I made the opportunity to call them back myself and as I did, they blatantly started to disrespect me and one of the employees she hung the phone up directly on me, and when I called back the same happened, but with the male employee.
