This place must be under new management, or their Sunday staff don't care, or aren't trained. Idk I didn't recognize anyone at all.

Asked for wings extra saucy..they had next no sauce on them....got a ceasar salad says on website is Renee's dressing..that's a bold face lie and the dressing they gave was really gross, didn't eat the salad. Jerk chicken with extra sauce was drier than dry, no extra sauce, and cooked to a crisp, and of course my favorite spicy fries were all extremely hard, like break your teeth hard. Worst experience I've ever had with this location. It's sad to say but after 15 years of being a devoted customer to this specific location, even being 30+ minutes away. I won't be making the long drive to this specific location after this experience.

everything about this place/order was a mess. for the price this is a complete rip off. I took a picture of the wings which I'll post shortly. I originally ordered from here because Google reviews said it was "so good".. the portion size was HORRIBLE, presentation was horrible, the wings were so small and had a weird taste. I also requested in the notes if they could PLEASE make it honey garlic and hot because there was no choice to mix sauces. they couldn't even get that right. it was really horrible and gross. will never order from that place again. The fries as well had a horrible presentation and taste. The box was literally falling apart. I don't even understand how the reviews are so high....

DO NOT ORDER! We ordered the family meal special with an extra lb of wings. Firstly, we confirmed the sauce as “Caribbean” and they called us back saying they didn’t offer it anymore. No big deal. We picked up our order and the wings were burnt, very dry and not very edible. The pizza was barely sauced and the ribs had almost NO meat on the bones. We called the store back and they said we would have to drive back our leftovers for inspection prior to receiving a remake. We said that we would like a refund or to pay for delivery of a new order and that was not an option. 1/10 terrible quality food and -10/10 for customer service. Spend your money...
