Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Brampton

During my recent visit to Pizza Pizza, I was appalled to witness a small cockroach scuttling about in the display area where pre-made pizzas are kept. Despite its small size, the presence of such a pest is a significant health code violation and utterly unacceptable in any food establishment.

What's particularly alarming is that the pest was barely visible in the picture I managed to capture. This raises concerns about the potential presence of more pests lurking unseen in the kitchen or storage areas, posing a serious risk to food safety and hygiene.

Encountering a cockroach in the vicinity of food items not only ruins the dining experience but also undermines trust in the establishment's cleanliness standards. As a result of this disturbing incident, I have lost all confidence in Pizza Pizza and will refrain from patronizing any of their locations in the future.

It is imperative that Pizza Pizza's management takes immediate action to address this issue. Implementing rigorous pest control measures, conducting thorough inspections, and ensuring staff are trained in proper hygiene protocols are essential steps to prevent such incidents from recurring.

Until Pizza Pizza demonstrates a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to others. This experience serves as a stark reminder of the importance of maintaining strict adherence to health regulations in food service...

All around good pizza place, been going on and off for years. I would recommend to a friend.

EDIT To owner. You've already given me 2 pizza refunds... I dont want any more. FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. Even your employees agree. Maybe they dont tell you all the legitement complaints they get. I just want you to know how much money you are losing due to nothing but incompetence... I love pizza pizza but your brampton attitude is incomprehensible. Dominios tonight. Patches of nothing but sauce lol imagine I'm complaining about cheese but here I am. We see you repurposed cheese pizza on display as well. YOU KNOW what I'm talking about. How about fix the problem.

To management. 2.5* stars. This location is notorious for putting the least amount of cheese possible. This is why I go to another location. BUT I want management to know what they lose... ok you save 15 cents on cheese but I order pizza at least 2-3 times a month spending average of $22 per order for a total of $68 a month. That's $816 a year. Another tip for management is that for every customer that complains 5-7 say nothing. So that's $5712 per year within my associates, and you could bet that isnt the full scope. You could say "some food for thought" lol. To be fair I haven't calculated the full savings of the pizza so using the amount you've lost from me and my friends you would need to sell 38,080 a year (saving 15 cent a pizza) to recoup losses for 7...

Never come here. Ordered online, the driver called me telling me he would be late and I informed him that the order is free after 40 mins as told to me over the phone when I placed the order. The delivery guy then cut the call on me and I tried to reach back but got no response. Then another delivery guy came 10 mins after food was late and made me wait 30 minutes while he was trying to confirm if he could give me the food free of charge with the store. After 30 mins more of waiting the delivery guy who was very nice and understood that the store was wrong then apologized to me and took the food back to the store because the store tild him he cant give the food to me unless i pay, which i would not do because the food was cold at this point. Food is often not even fresh over here and will make u sick. Never come here save your money and go to pizza depot which is just 5 minutes away. This place smells extremely bad as well the pizzas r always drenched and soggy with sauce and barely any cheese. Another good place is pizza hut which is also 5 minutes away. If the reply to this trying to seem nice and trying to say I should contact them just know this is there tactic and they are just trying to trick u all into thinking they have good customer service, ...
