I recently visited this location of Starbucks and was incredibly disappointed with the service. The wait time for our order was excessive. The wait time for my small order was more than enough. I hadn’t gone through the Drive thru and went inside to order and look the ambience. The experience I am sharing here, I am feeling good that I hadn’t gone through the Drive thru and saw the server making our food and drinks. I noticed some concerning hygiene issue, such as there was one server and she hadn’t tied her Hairs properly, her hairs was so loose and looks like she just get up from bed and came for her shift. Believe me it was so unhygienic, especially we all go to Starbies for Premium service and she was making food and drinks with her loose tied hairs with a risk that her hair might fall into a food or drinks. I will never go to this location ever again and will suggest everyone not to go and in case if you want to go, never use Drive Thru service because when you order inside atleast you can see if they are making your food and Drinks under proper hygiene. I would suggest management to focus on improving their service speed, food quality, and cleanliness standards. Read moreIf I could give a -10 rating, it would be a reach for this place. FILTY!! Absolutely FILTHY! I came to the plaza for a nail appointment and needed to grab a drink and use the facilities. I choose to use the restroom prior to placing my order. I was appalled at the state to the rest room at 11:05 am. It’s a shame! Obviously this place is all about money only, because clearly the ower/manager or who ever, is not paying attention. After leaving the restroom, I realized it was the entire store that was screaming for some much needed attention. The floors were sticking with shoe prints, the glass door full of finger prints, the counter tops where they place your beverages had spilled drinks and crumbs, the coffee grinder and the tables all FILTHY! And it isn’t until after sitting in the parking lot to write this review, that I noticed a trend with most comment; most speaking about the same issue of cleanliness. And NO one has responded or made any changes!!!! shaking my head!!! I will be reaching out to Starbucks head office or the health department!!! Read moreThis morning I woke up i a terrible mood and choose to stop by my local Starbucks. I had ordered a matcha, and I truly had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The employee who made my drink, Ashley, deserves a special shoutout. Not only did my matcha taste absolutely amazing (I could tell it was made with care and attention), but Ashley’s kind, bubbly personality really stood out. Even during the peak of rush hour, when things can get hectic, she managed to stay upbeat, hardworking, and incredibly friendly. She greeted me with a smile, made sure my food and drink came out on time, and genuinely lifted my spirits for the day. It’s rare to come across someone who can make such a difference in your day through both their work ethic and their energy, but Ashley did exactly that. I left feeling inspired to keep going, all because of her positive attitude. Thank you, Ashley, for showing that even the smallest interactions can brighten someone’s morning.
