I love Quesada, I live in toronto and visit the locations close to me, I happen to be in Brampton and figured I would stop in for lunch. The staff was a challenge to deal with- I asked if I could mix 3 different kinds of tacos, she said yes.. great. I also told her I will check my app for offers and I don’t want anything too spicy. Further I had a special request of guacamole instead of cheese. She said no to the request even though other locations all do this for me. She then cashed me out at the price or three singles- when I asked why, she said it’s the same price- I decided not to argue and get my food. She didn’t ask for my reward app… this was all little things that I could over look…. But than a man came in and the service offered and the brightness in this girl was completely different, she was nice and chatty…. The food was delicious- she asked me 3 times to make sure I said it was good before leaving- which I was annoyed with because she was clearly overcompensating. Read moreI went in to quesada on May 3rd, Saturday evening, around 9 pm to order 4 burritos. I explained that to Dilpreet and she responded “okay”. Dilpreet made one burritos and then told me the other employee will make the rest as another group of customers had come in. I then asked the other employee to make it and she refused to make it and said that Dilpreet will make it for me. Then the other girl started making the burrito.then Dilpreet came and made my three burritos very slowly after that. I then asked Dilpreet why she did not make all of the burritos at once and she responded “it’s our policy”. Please respond if this is the policy as it was unacceptable. Then I explained to her that the first burrito which she made is cold as it has now been over 15 minutes.Then Dilpreet responded “by the time you get home, they would get home anyways”. Read moreThe girl at customer service is very very rude, we called to give specific note about no onions due to allergies and still she has put onions and after that she started arguing loudly instead of saying sorry. Such staff should get fired for such rude behaviour towards customer. She wasn't wearing her name and when we asked ,she didn’t give name. We asked for manager she said do whatever. After that we left the store and seating in car, she came to our car and knocked window and started threatening to call cops for putting review on her. We personally called emergency after and they said putting review and photo is not against the law. Knocking customer’s personal vehicle and taking their car’s picture and threatening them for deleting the review is not acceptable behaviour. Such a horrible experience, avoid such places. No wonder they have so many complaints against the staff and still not doing anything. And these was 10910 goreway drive location...
