We also refuse to offer any water when you come in, look for the menu, place an order or while you are dining
Oh I am sorry! We forget to mention that you would have to come to the counter to place and order! We make you healthy making you walk!!
We guarantee that you would place our food on the top of the chart in taste and appearance in the 'worst food in Canada' category! Our inexperienced chefs and mannerless staff would not let a single opportunity go if you are not upto 'our' standards or if you come right after work in your work clothes..
We also boast about our rude staff who, upon asked to see manager, point out that manager is not available. Also we do not have any kind of complaint or concern form available to direct your cheap dine in business with us to proper authority (we are the final authority ourselves). We do not hesitate to provide water without any kind of apologies on the counter when you show up to pay money and give you jug and glasses to fill your stomach that remains empty and sour after our tasteless food. We also do not care that a customer is there for us. We strongly believe in humiliating the customer when asked and explanation of being not served the water during whole time(Ieven after completing dinner) while our location.
We assume no responsibility of your fantastic experience at our location(forget about any apologies)
We do not care if you were here to enjoy your evening and were expecting some wonderful time. All we care is to 'serve' more people and strongly believe that it is acceptable to forget about one or two guests while we have half of the restaurant empty.

Read moreI’ve been such a loyal customer of this place and had always enjoyed their Kheer. I was told before by them if we want to place a large Kheer (tray) order we need to order atleast a day in advance.
This time I was dining in and placed an order for the Kheer to pick up 2 days later and gave them a time in the evening I’ll be picking up. I offered to pay in advance since I was already there, the lady at the reception said I can pay when I pick up. We get to the restaurant 50 minutes after the time we had told her we’d be picking it up, so instead of 7:30pm we reached 8:20pm and she said “someone picked it up on our behalf” and we asked “who?” Upon which she revealed she sold it to someone else because we came late.
WHATTT? As a business that was absolutely not okay to do and the fact she didn’t offer any other options, (ex. a smaller Kheer order or anything they can provide in replacement) we left extremely disappointed. I’m okay with people making mistakes, but services like this makes me never want to return to a business.

Read moreVery sad and disappointed. I placed take out order and was going to eat in my car. Upon pickup I asked for plates so I can eat in the car. lady in front refused to give me them and said we don't carry plates. Then I asked for any container so I can use it to eat in the car. She started giving example of Walmart. haha. She said if you go to Walmart they charge you 5 cents for a bag. But she doesn't understand this is not Walmart. This is a restaurant and you should carry spoons and plates. And if you don't the least she can do is give container. And when I asked her for container she said it will be 0.25 for a container. I was so dissapointed in hearing that. I ordered food and with covid and everything the least they can do is have good customer service and not worry about 25 cents. If I am paying $30 for food 25 cent is no problem for me but being rude and disrespectful and then asking for a quarter for a container and giving me Walmart examples is unbelievable. So unhappy with everything and actually shocked that they are comparing they're one location of restaurant to Walmart which is all around the world. Unbelievable...
