I ordered via app incorrectly at this location for pickup and realized my mistake immediately. I called store right away to cancel and after 3rd attempt, call was answered and I was told they they cannot cancel it. Girl on the phone said she has already made the sandwich 3 mins ago and is ready for pickup. I was shocked as order was confirmed at 5:11:51 PM and at 5:13 PM, it was made 3 mns ago! (How’s that possible). Girl on the phone said there is no choice but pickup the sandwich. I called again and she said “it’s ready for pickup. End of conversation” and she hang up the phone. I visited the store to ask for store manager name and same girl said she is the store manager. She refused to giver her name as it is being considered as “release of personal information” lol! She walked away by putting sandwich on front cash counter for me and I asked for store manager name again. She started making another sandwich and pretend to ignore us. Then she walked inside and another girl walked to cash counter and said here is your sandwich. When I asked store manager name, she said I can’t as it’s not allowed (lol!). It’s being considered “release of personal information” as per both of them.
They never cancelled the order and I walked away leaving sandwich behind.

I left feedback about this Subway location last year because the temperature inside was unbearably hot, especially during the summer. Unfortunately, here we are again, it’s burning hot weather outside and it's no better indoors. The heat inside the restaurant is overwhelming. It feels like there’s no air conditioning at all or if there is, it’s clearly not working properly. I came in for a quick bite, but it was hard to enjoy my meal with how uncomfortable it was just sitting there. I saw staff sweating behind the counter, and I can’t imagine how hard it must be for them to work in those conditions, especially near the ovens. I would like to ask couple of questions from the management. Firstly, why hasn’t this issue been fixed after it was reported previously. Secondly, are there health and safety concerns being taken seriously for both staff and customers? And most importantly, how is food safety being maintained in such high temperatures? I went into the store just to buy a bottle of water. After selecting it from the vending machine inside, I was told that the card machine wasn’t working and I would need to pay in cash. Since I didn’t have cash, I couldn’t complete the transaction.
We patiently waited while the staff handled phone orders. Then, instead of simply taking the drink back, the staff member (girl who doesn’t smile) asked me to put it back in the vending machine — essentially asking a customer to do their job. That felt off. The failed transaction wasn’t my fault — the machine not working was their issue.
It’s a small thing, but being asked to restock something as a customer, especially when the error was on the store’s end, just left a bad impression. I found this request quite disrespectful and unprofessional. As a customer, I don’t believe it’s my responsibility to restock your vending machine — especially after waiting for her to finish other tasks. The tone and manner in which it was said also felt dismissive.
