Tandoori Grill Meat/chicken Shop — Restaurant in Brampton

I am changing my rating of this place from 4stars to 1 star for bad customer service. Sometimes uncooked meats are not fresh or it's bad. Some of the cooked food items like tandoori legs, kebabs are good here but if you're okay with someone treating you bad and taking advantage of being kind and calm please don't go here. You will lose your patience the way they make you wait to pickup your order while serving everyone else who comes after you coz you're kind enough to wait with 2 young little kids even though you ordered food ahead of time on the phone and waiting for 45mins to get the order. This happened to me several times but I was kind enough to be patient but the guy at the tandoori station who had taken me for granted and made me go mad today. The girl at the cash was kept on asking to pack my order since I ordered my food ahead of time on the phone and waiting for 30mins upon my arrival to pickup but he was just trying to neglect her and packing food for the other customers who came after me. When I asked he was simply saying that my order was missed somehow (which is a lie coz his coworker kept reminding about my order and I was standing right infront of him for about half an hour). He was laughing and making fun with his coworker when I was mad. I really dont deserve this to be honest. He should learn to treat everyone equally and remember each and everyone of us are human beings regardless of your background, the language, race and the community you belong to... I am a regular customer for the last 4years and I am aware that the customer service here is not good but I was still supporting this business since they're local restaurant and part of my neighborhood where I live currently. We ordered approximately $150 worth of food, including karahi chicken. The food tasted peculiar and slightly unpleasant, but we consumed it due to hunger. We stored the chicken because we did not enjoy it.

Everyone in our family except for the vegetarian members fell ill. The following morning, the refrigerator emitted an unpleasant odour and a sour smell. We removed the chicken from the container and discovered that it was bubbling.

We contacted the establishment, and their response was that we must have consumed something else. They informed us that our chicken was prepared “fresh” (more accurately, approximately one week ago).
