I have been a frequent customer at this restaurant and used to dine in whenever I had the time to enjoy their chicken 65 biryani. However, I'll miss eating there due to a recent disappointing experience. Today, they served me a salty and tasteless chicken dum biryani, and I've decided not to visit again.
Here's what happened: I arrived at the restaurant at 8 pm, ordered the chicken 65 biryani, and made the payment at the counter. After waiting for 5 minutes, they informed me that they didn't have any biryani available. Initially, I thought it might be just the chicken 65 biryani that was unavailable, but to my surprise, there was no biryani at all, and the person taking my order seemed unaware of this. I could understand if a specific type of biryani wasn't available but how she could be unaware while taking order that the complete absence of biryani.
They suggested I order something else, but I didn't want to change my order as I am a big fan of their biryani so I asked what can be done now since I had already paid. Eventually, they offered the chicken dum biryani, which I reluctantly accepted(A blind trust on taste and quality which got broken today).
The chicken dum biryani turned out to be extremely salty, lacking flavor, with a rawness in the spices, and the rice was watery. It was evident that they had rushed the cooking process. I managed to eat a little portion as I was too much hungry.
My recommendation to others would be not to visit this restaurant on weekends after 8 pm to avoid spoiling your mood. It's advisable to call and confirm their menu availability before visiting and refrain from making payment in advance.
Despite knowing that they have the best chicken 65 biryani in town, which I used to enjoy weekly, I've decided not to visit or order from them anymore. While tasty food is important, honesty in serving is equally crucial. Restaurants should not serve remaining or hastily...
Read moreI want to give 0 stars but could not . I am talking to them 3rd time today since i placed my order in the afternoon ,. They first sent a wrong order with 1 small briyani instead of bucket through Uber eats , After calling them they made me to place a dummy order in Uber eats and sent a bucket . Since we had lunch already with small briyani they gave we opened the bucket box after 6 hours which is 8.30 PM for dinner . Briyani was totally spoiled by then and it smelled completely bad . I am damn sure it was a day old briyani by seeing at it . i had a call with an executive and she asked me to place refund request in Uber eats . This is the quality of their restaurant , I like their taste so i used to order here often but today i came to know their quality. They are knowingly sending old food ! I was ready to do video call and show them as well but they denied. I can attache the picture as well here with their Thanks notes but i am unable to do in mobile .,
They completely spoiled my day ! Mistakes can happen so i understand their mistake by sending a wrong order .. But sending a day old spoiled was atrocious ! These guys should be quality checked.

Read moreI have been a regular customer of Biryani’s and More since it’s opening and chicken/ paneer palamuru and chicken dum biryani have always been my regular order. While the biryani’s used to be really good earlier, the food quality and service has really gone down in the recent months.
Today I ordered 2 palamuru chicken biryani’s and specifically requested that the gravy needs to be extra as since the last 2 times, the biryani had regularly been dry. I informed the same while placing the order and then reconfirmed it while picking up the take away half an hour later. It was confirmed that the biryani’s are not dry today and sufficient gravy had been added. On reaching home 10 mins after pick up, I saw that the biryani’s are still dry. I called the restaurant back and was told that they are willing to exchange 1 if the biryanis and not both. I refused the exchange because my intent of the call was to inform about the incident and not get an exchange.
Today was the last time I ordered from Biryani’s and More because it’s simply not worth it anymore. Would suggest biryani lovers to check out other restaurants instead of wasting money on...
