DO NOT DO AMAZON RETURNS HERE! Walked in around 12:30 today with a return from Amazon. I had no labels, only a QR code given to me by Amazon. Man at counter said they don’t accept Purolater returns with a QR code. I said ok, I’ll go to a different purolater drop off. Man was very rude and told me that he’s worked for a long time and that every drop off would say no (although I’ve done returns like this before). He said I had to go to an ACTUAL purolater if I had a QR code lol. I had an email saying otherwise, so I said thank you but I don’t believe you and left.
It’s a good thing I didn’t believe him!
I went a plaza over, and the drop off location accepted the QR code, no problem!
It’s one thing to be incorrect, but it’s bad customer service and embarrassing when you act like an expert who can’t be wrong.
Anyways West Brampton Pharmacy will take your returns from Amazon so I recommend going a minute over :) the staff there are smart and kind.

They clicked passport photo which was not accepted by Service Canada and they issued a slip too mentioning the reason for not accepting the passport photo clicked by this Hasty Market. I showed the slip to one of the employees at this Hasty Market and they disagreed to click another picture and did not accept their mistake and denied to click another photo. Whereas, they promised in case the photo will not be accepted by Service Canada, we will issue a new photo for free. Feeling extremely bad as I had to request them a lot to correct their mistake and give me a new passport photo. Also they don’t have any authorization to speak directly to a customer and keeps on calling their Manager to check what to answer their customers! Sheer waste of time and effort and the service from this place is not worth at all! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE...
Read moreI had a very bad experience at this Hasty Market. I got my application photos taken here, and they were the wrong size — which caused my application to get rejected. When I called to ask about it, the staff said they had no record of my name or visit. After I insisted and was a bit firm, they suddenly “found” it after about 15 minutes.
The staff were not helpful at all at first, and there was no clear communication. They told me to just bring the photos, but then I was told I have to pay again for resending the package — basically paying twice for something that wasn’t clearly explained. On top of that, they even charged an extra dollar just for a small piece of tape.
The entire experience was frustrating — poor communication, unhelpful staff, and no proper guidance. I would not recommend anyone to go through them unless you want delays, confusion, and extra charges for...
