Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brampton

I'm usually not one to ever complain and ask for something to be replaced, but I work at a Tim Hortons, so this pushed me a little harder. I stopped at this location as my sister was getting gas, I asked for a Large Iced Latte with a caramel shot and made with oat milk. I watched as the employee made my drink, she went to the back to get more oat milk, knowing how to make the drink, I would have started the espresso while I was doing so, she did not and came back with the new oat milk, filled the cup almost completely with oat milk, stirred the oat milk and flavour shot together, put, no joke, 3 pieces of ice, and dispensed, what looked like only 1 shot, espresso on the top. I walked off with it and tasted it, it tasted very off and, as mentioned above, wasn't made properly, so I built up the courage, told them how the drink tasted, and asked nicely for it to be remade. I told her step by step how the drink is usually made and got what I had ordered. It still tasted a bit off, leading me to think that there was something wrong with the oat milk in general but that could be just me. When I finished the drink, I noticed lots of white residue left on the ice as well, could be from the oat milk, or they need to give their ice machine a clean. I had a extremely poor service experience from the staff (she said her name is Shrima or Shima) today - April 15th at 6:59pm. I ordered an Apple Fritter donut. I asked it to be warmed up. She said the donut was just made. She gave it to me in a donut bag and it was cold and hard, so I asked it to be warmed up. She put the donut bag in the microwave and when she took it out it was soaked in water (which was on the microwave plate - disgusting). She used a paper napkin to take wipe the water, took the donut out of the donut bag and put it in another bag and handed it to me. I told her I don't want it as she wiped the microwave water and used the same napkin to handle my donut. She says it's just water - I don't think that's how to handle food in a restaurant!! She then takes that donut, puts it back in the tray and takes another one with the same dirty napkin. I told her please change the napkin and give me another one. She puts all the 'touched donuts' back with the rest in the tray!! I can't believe how she handled this situation. Someone else is going to eat the donuts, touched with microwave water napkin!! Absolutely Disgusting. Stay away from this store and staff if you don't want...

They advertise deals and promotions, but when you try to redeem them, the staff acts clueless or refuses to honor them. I showed them the offer on the app, and they rudely told me that it’s not working ' without any explanation. What's the point of having promotions if you don't actually give them to customers? Moreover i didnt finish my order but they start preparing it . When i said i want different item , they said you have to pay for first item which was not my final order.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and acted like I was an inconvenience just for asking a simple question. No greetings, no smiles, just attitude. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being treated...
