Today 6th April, 2025, I visited this Tim Hortons location at 12:40 PM and ordered a steeped tea with 5 creams and 3 sugars. This is my usual order, which I have never had any issues with in the past.
However, during this visit, I encountered an unpleasant experience with one of the employees. Upon placing my order, a staff member responded in a rude and dismissive manner, making an inappropriate comment in Punjabi regarding the amount of cream in my tea. She also made an unprofessional generalization, implying that “people like me” often blame Tim Hortons employees.
I found this exchange to be highly disrespectful and uncalled for. While I understand staff may have suggestions regarding healthier options, such suggestions should be communicated politely and professionally never with judgment or disrespect.
The food was great but due to this interaction, I will not be returning to this location and hope that appropriate steps are taken to ensure better customer service...
