Very unprofessional i went to purchase some edible prints for an order i gave specific instructions on what id like to have printed and how. the attendant she said send a screen shot of the image ,she came back with extremely small images and not what i asked for i explained to her what i requested and that the item provided was not okay . the owner then came to her defence saying what you send us is what we print . now that i believe is fair however when i asked will the image be distorted as its a screenshot and zooming in may alter the image and she advised that it wouldn't and well it in fact did . he then said he will re print another one to the image size i needed which was great. How ever i ordered 2 sheets to be able to wrap around the cake he only printed one and advised just put it on the front and cut it up to hide stuff instead of just giving me what i asked for and then continues to discredit me as if i havs no idea what i was doing . i run my own business just needed some prints untill i got my printer up and working . but horrible service . rude owner staff out to lunch and all around bad...

The most unprofessional business in Brampton.

The first time I ordered a cake, it was completely opposite to the picture I sent. The colors were so off, the flowers looked absurd, they charged extra for the top flowers but it didn’t even look anything like it. We ended up throwing the cake because of that intense artificial color. I’m attaching a picture below for reference.

I tried to take a second chance with them and tried to place an order for 1 pm on Thursday. On Wednesday night, I sent them all details along with the flavour and name and nothing was done until the next day. They wasted all my time in having a conversation which ended up no where. Every day it’s a new person and they don’t know what was communicated one day before. Such a poor service and we had a party without the cake basically. Bunch of people talk to you with no results at the end. Unfortunately, it’s not a good place.. I will never ever order...
