THIS SHADY TIM HORTONS BANNED ME FOR MAKING A COMPLAINT! I’ve noticed many issues with this Tim Hortons location over the last few months. Not only is customer service problematic, but the workers in the drive-thru ask customers to follow unsafe practices so that they can meet their timed targets. On every occasion I’ve been there, the person at the drive-thru would consistently ask customers to stop and to not drive all the way to the window. Then, once at the window, I would often be asked to drive back around and go through the drive-thru again because my order wasn’t ready. This has caused me to waste extra time as I had to go through the drive-thru twice and on another occasion, I drove back around to realize there were 10+ cars in line. That time, I had to go inside to retrieve my order. For a while, I said nothing. When I finally asked why they do these antics, the worker told me “we have goals ma’am. We’re on a timer”. When I told her that wasn’t my problem, she closed the window on me. My peak frustration came last week when the worker asked that I drive back around when there was absolutely no one else in line. When I said “no”, she then asked me to reverse my car after I paid because they were on timer. I said no again, as reversing a vehicle in a drive-thru (where cars drive forward) is not only unfair to ask of a customer but also dangerous, they proceeded to be rude when giving me my order. The order included the picture of the tea biscuit attached here. Finally having enough, I contacted head office and the store management to express my concerns. I told them that because management has these workers on unrealistic goals, the customer experience is being impacted. I told them I wanted this addressed, as it was not fair on customers, but also unfair on staff. Upper management told me they would investigate with the store and get back to me - but they didn’t and I had to follow up with them today. After offering me a $50 gift card as a resolution, which I advised was not sufficient based on my experience, they proceeded to ban me from the store location. So basically, if you express an opinion about their bad service, they’ll ban you and issue a trespass instead of addressing the problem at hand. Corporate needs to look into this location and their...
Read moreBEWARE OF THIS TIM HORTONS CAFE!!!! This was possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a Tim Hortons cafe. I went through the drive thru and asked for an everything bagel, quadruple toasted burnt with butter and herb and garlic cream cheese. The person replied 'double toasted' over the mic and I corrected them by saying 'quadruple toasted burnt' to which the person replied 'triple toasted' and I corrected them once again by saying 'quadruple toasted burnt'. I proceeded to the drive thru window and paid for my purchase which was waiting for me at the window. The bagel was double toasted at best and was not burnt as requested. I gave it back and was asked to park out front because an employee would bring my bagel out to me. I parked out front and waited over ten minutes. The bagel which was brought to me was now triple toasted at best and had only butter. I went through the drive thru again and made them aware of the mistake. I was prompted to drive up to the window again and was told that they would make me a new bagel. Less than a minutecwent by and I was handed a the same bagel I had brought back which was now cold. The employee had taken the bagel I returned and speed do me cream cheese on it but had the audacity to tell me that it was a new one to my face. She also offered me a cold hashbrown from several hours earlier in the day. I said forget it and drive off with my cold bagel and hashbrown. In retrospect, I should have asked for a refund but I was to upset at the time to think logically. I will not return to this Tim Hortons and I would suggest that other customers go to a different Tim Hortons location in order to avoid the headaches and wasted time caused by the overall incompetence of the employees at this location. It's scary to see the lack of accountability and common sense that a $14.00 per hour minimum age buys these days. The employers are definitely not getting what they pay for in terms of customers service...

I was in the Store, Esso. Around 10:30 Pm. On Saturday, September, 1, 2018.
There was this female, Who was on the Phone the whole TIME! And was arguing with the ONLY STAFFER Lady who was Working. She raised her Voice at her at least 4 times!. (I should of Recorded it for YouTube, Rude People of Tim Hortons). -I wonder if there are Videos like that already?.
I kind of heard the female say; "I'm paying 5 or 6? Dollars for this (Item, I don't know what it was). It should be bigger/Done Properly!!."
Then I guess the Staffer had to redo the thing.
And then the Staffer said; "I'm closing soon, (And something else)."
Female: "Well, Your going to finish/redo my order no matter what time it is!!." (Oh. I think the item was something with the Toaster). As Tims Lady was standing near it.
Tims Lady: "I've Worked 4 Hours. That is enough for me."
Rude Female: Said the thing above here that I typed about the time.
But also I might of heard/Or close to it: "Well, I would like to/We'll see what your Boss would say about this.
She got her Order. And still on the Phone as She left the Store.
I coughed; "Rude." As She walked out of the Store.
But I don't think She heard me. As She was STILL on the Phone.
There should be a Sign like the same ones they have at Hospitals/The Odsp Offices! And more.
