WOW! Where do I start? This was the WORST food experience I have ever had in my entire life. The food is straight up TRASH. Seriously, do yourself a favour and go to subway in the same plaza for much better tasting food and way better value. Overpriced, inedible garbage, which makes me sad to say since we’re talking about food.

Don’t even get me started on the customer service! The staff are completely incompetent, don’t know how to explain anything in standard English, nor do they understand basic communication like “no spice”.

I specifically asked for the food to be as MILD as possible several times. I even clarified with the waitress after my order was complete to confirm that my order was indeed mild. My mother in law was with me and we both specified that the food needed to be mild.

Fast forward to us actually eating the food and it is covered in chillies and so hot that it is impossible to eat. My husband, my mother in law and myself were VIOLENTLY ILL all night from eating here.

I’m shocked that in 2019, a place like this is actually still in business. We actually called to let them know that we were unhappy with our order and the first lady I spoke with said yes this biryani is indeed mild and I ordered correctly and then I escalated to the owner who simply called me a liar and said I didn’t specify that I wanted mild food.

Why would anyone lie about wanting mild food?! Also, why would anyone call a paying customer a liar?

Just admit you messed up the order and call it a day. We wanted to do an exchange possibly for a milder but we received no help whatsoever. Not even an apology or even an acknowledgement that an error was made on their part.

My husband is actually legitimately mad at this experience. He’s completely horrified and wondering who on earth patronizes an establishment as truly unappetizing as this place. On top of that, we are still recovering from eating here.

THIS restaurant is why Indian food gets a bad rep and people are terrified to try it. There are some fabulous Indian restaurants in Brampton and the GTA. This place, however shouldn’t even qualify as a food establishment.

Horrid food. Horrid staff. Horrid experience.

Take your money literally anywhere else. I promise, it will be one of the smartest decisions...
