Had a very unpleasant start today at one of your locations. I have been a regular customer of Tim Hortons and had never intended to cheat your organization of which I was accused by one of your associates. I ordered items worth $13 out of which i was handed a wrong coffee instead of tea. I gave a call to them and they said to come back for it. No one said one word of sorry either on the phone or in person. Upon coming I was asked to pay for it and upon clarifying situation she indirectly accused me for cheating for free tea as I did not give them the coffee back (which I did not bring to the location for return due to covid19 bec I took a sip). However she started to be rude with me and insisted that I go back home and grab that wrong cup of coffee for her to verify. Logically, I would not make 10 min drive again to get free tea worth $2. But her rude behavior made me loose my temper and I spoke harshly and she shut the window and started ranting in her native language which I could easily understand as I speak the same. Upon been asked to speak with the manager she just handed me my tea. No one came to speak with me or explain me the policy she quoted regarding exchange which in past 3 years I never heard. She insisted that it was company policy to return the wrong order in order to get the correct one. We all work in customer centric position and know the essence of it very well and being through such situation of being accused of trying to scam for free $2 tea was appalling. Read moreThis is probably the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever been to in GTA. I have gone to this location 6 times and every single time my order is wrong. Not only is my order wrong the staff is rude. Once I started ordering in the drive thru and I placed my coffee order with intentions to order 4 other coffees however the lady already said the order and said to drive thru. I told her I wasn't' finished and she stated that there was a line up of cars behind me and she cannot take large orders. I looked behind me and there were no other cars. I drove up to the window and the lady said she will take the rest of my order now but I have to hurry. Why do I need to hurry? You are providing me with a service and I am paying for it.... why do I need to hurry? Another time, I asked for 20 timbits and was given 10... however I paid for 20. Honestly speaking, I will NO LONGER go to this location. I will drive to the location at Steeles and Chinquousy because they have NEVER gotten an order wrong nor are they rude. It is inconvenient however i choose inconvenience over unprofessional bitchiness. To sum it all up... this location SUCKS and needs a drastic change of management and staff. Read morethis location is unfortunately closest to my home and not too busy as well so I go here everyday twice . service here is pathetic. staff is very bad especially one lady dont know her name but she is sort of manager in day shift. she wont even give you time to keep the coffee in the cupholder as soon as she will hand you coffee she will scream NEXT on top of her voice . no one likes to stand and waste their time and I know their second are counted but atleast give 2 seconds to put the coffee and put the car in drive. I was here today as usuall and I asked for medium coffee and told her it's my free coffee today. she punched in small may be .when she gave it me I said it was medium and she started arguing no you sai small. i asked her that you know me i come everyday have i ever got small she said yes you always get medium but today you paid for small. I said I didn't pay for any today since it's my free. well she argued as if I was lying forc20 cents that I was not even paying.
