Edit: they're making the food on time and the wraps seem bigger and better made than ever. What an improvement, enough for me to change my review. Great work, keep it up.

Whether it's the Cambridge location or Brantford, the management has failed to train their staff on takeout orders and customer service. Without fail every single time I call ahead they tell me to come within 10 or 15 minutes. When I show up the food is never started and they continue to make other people's food before me. You need to teach them punctuality and order processing. I would love to eat here but I cannot manage my time properly to come and give you money. I've left a one-star review on both locations because this waste my time consistently and I need others to know that their time will be wasted too. Your food is okay and it's worth it so long as I order in the restaurant, but God forbid I try to place a call ahead of time. Quit wasting your customers time and train...

I ordered online for pickup, the website said "Remaining Time: 30 minutes" so I waited 30 minutes before heading over to pick it up.

I walked in and the employee said "We are closed" but I didn't understand at first. I said "I have an order for pickup, it said online it's ready?" and then he said "We open at 11am".

So embarrassing guys. Now I have to do the walk of shame back to my car and wait until 11am to get my food.

Would have been super cool if when it says online that it'll be ready in 30 minutes, they actually said "We're closed and we'll make it when we open in 45 minutes."

But I probably also should have realized a Shawarma place wouldn't be open at 10am. (It was wishful thinking guys. I just really wanted some shawarma)

Food is good. The fact that they sliver meat off the spit roast, and then grill it afterwards makes the meat dry, and it’s hard to chew properly. It’s nicely seasoned though. We usually go every Friday night, but we won’t be returning again, after them telling us that there will be EXTRA CHARGES on sauces. On the menu, it didn’t say anything about “extra charges” on their sauces. We gave them many chances, just to encourage local eatery. Bad customer service. The ladies working here are whispering in their own language. Thankfully, I understood what they were saying, and they weren’t saying nice things about us.
