Terrible service. Told me I needed a coupon for a deal that did not require a coupon, I was here 3 days ago on day shift and they made my subs with the deal and no coupon. I think these people are just trying to get out of giving the deal because they want to make every last penny. If you want an excellent sub, go visit Sid at the Mr. Sub in Cambridge on hespeler road. I recently moved to brantford and after today I decided that if I want Me. Sub that bad I'll make the drive to a store that actually makes me feel like a real customer. Not just a dollar sign. Extremely disappointing. We went at 7:45 , they close at 8:00. It was our first time trying Mr Sub and can say we will never be back. Completely disregarded what we were ordering to accommodate what they had left without acknowledging it. Got the order wrong from bread to cheese to toppings, every time we corrected proceeded to tell us that it was what we had closen, clearly not.
