just now New Decided to treat ourselves since it has been a while and never had any issues. However, tonight was the opposite. It seems like the young lady was making excuses for not wanting to provide food in store. We ordered 2 meals that required rice (rocks) and was informed we cannot have rice because it's only available to door dash, skip etc. Which i fail to understand why since there was a large pot of rice visible yet we were denied while she was scooping and prepping the 2 door dash orders. Based on reviews recently it seems they wanted to save the left over rice for the next day to avoid having fresh quality rice and cut corners (🤷🏼♀️). Which if thats the case its completely their decision but at least make it make sense to the customer. So this resulted in them loosing revenue seeing we just ordered what limite options were available. To be fair the location was still open for another 45 mins, it's not as if this was 5 mins before closing. Just disappointed in experience especially when it has been a while and wanted to enjoy a meal like we have previously. I do not think coming back is a top priority when there are many other resturants that offer the same menu. From what we were allowed to order the food was decent but not as good as our last visit. Lastly from what we ordered it did seem very expensive, which maybe there is a reason they didn't give us the receipt but only printed the one...

I called them, told them to prepare chicken shawarma platter and said I’ll be there at this specific time so that i won’t be late for work. I called them 30 minutes in advance so they had time to prepare yet my order wasn’t ready for pickup. Despite of what happened, the employee didn’t bother to say even sorry. Mind you this was during 10pm so clearly the business wasn’t as hectic and I was only customer there. I just find some people should not be in food industry if they’re gonna stay muted and do nothing. I expected a better customer service as being a loyal customer to osmows. Therefore, I suggest you not to order anything especially if you are planning to do large orders like party trays. You do not want your day to be ruined by these unfriendly employees. They’ll just say yes and do their own thing at the back room without the considering customer’s time. Apart from this, their menu are not updated meaning if a dish is $15, they’ll simply charge you $18 and saying they forget to update the menu. You have the right to the tell employee to override and alter the price for you because clearly the mistake on them. Not yours… They gotta step up their customer tactics game. To my shock, the chicken they intended to use was in an unrefrigerated container on a shelf beneath the bottom counter. When I questioned this severe lapse in food safety, the staff casually claimed it had only been there for '10 -15 minutes,' seemingly unfazed by my concern that meat requires refrigeration or maintenance at a specific regulated temperature. This suggests a systemic issue with their food handling practices. I immediately requested a refund, but they refused, stating a manager was required and inexplicably urging me to take another meal. This is utterly unacceptable. This location is a disgrace and poses a significant health risk; it should be entirely avoided. Their irresponsible food handling could easily lead to serious illness. This visit has completely ruined my perception of the restaurant chain in general. The staff's audacity to say that they are not able to process a refund without a manager on-site, coupled with their clear disregard for safety, highlights their money-driven priorities over customer well-being....
