As a pizza enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for establishments that prioritize quality ingredients and craftsmanship, and Papa John's exceeded my expectations. The manager, whom I later learned was responsible for overseeing operations that night, went above and beyond to ensure that my pizza was not only prepared to perfection but also delivered with a genuine warmth and enthusiasm.

Worst customer experience ever! For one thing, your pizza is bloody expensive, and you get garbage pizza for what you pay. One pizza and 4 dipping sauces is almost $40? Greedy price gouge much?

And another thing. Your staff are total liars and waste people's time. Don't make me pay almost $40 for a pizza and 4 dips, then tell me my pizza will be about 20 minutes, when my pizza won't even get put into the oven for a little more than an hour.

Thank you for making my Christmas miserable with your pathetic and rude customer service who lies to their customers, doesn't know what they're doing, and can't cut a pizza to save their souls. For the kind of money I paid, I expect good pizza that doesn't look terrible because your pizza cutter is a complete idiot and can't cut a proper pizza if his life depended on it. Seriously, I got two rectangular pieces about 2" wide on a CIRCULAR pizza.

Now, as for your dipping sauces.... Do you deliberately try to put together the most disgusting dipping sauces humanly possible? Your advertising and slogan of "better ingredients, better pizza" is blatant false advertising, and is completely misleading to your customer base. Do yourself a favour and close this store forever! It is a complete rip off with the worst customer...

I had a horrible experience with Papa John's this time very disappointed I ordered my pizza two largest with breadsticks garlic parm and when it was delivered I paid with $40 cash expecting my $3 change back the driver said he didn't have any change and said he'll come back and drop it off to me this did not happen unfortunately not until we had to threaten them with the cops the driver disappeared and an hour and a half later after calling them multiple times about where the driver is with the change we were finding out that he was trying to rip me off of a tip now it is the customers decision to give you a tip or not not for you to choose whenever you want a tip maybe you should train your employees much better than what you're doing now very disappointing I didn't take Papa John's for thieves now just in case people start wondering why I would want three bucks back it was because it was the money I was going to go to the dollar store with and get some Pepsi's because their pops are a little expensive and I...
