Pizza Hut has been in my bad books for quite a few years now. The quality is not the same as it use to be. It is super expensive for no apparent reason. But I gave it a chance again a few times more recently. Now I hate the pepperoni under the cheese, it is a gross and slimy I like my pepperoni on top just like in all the advertisements, for me it is much better. So years ago when online ordering you could put in special instructions to Request pepperoni on top of the cheese or however you like something but now you can not. So first chance I gave them I couldn't put in my special instructions so I called and gave my request got the pizza and got home only to find it was not the way I like it... let it go mistakes happen... second chance I gave them I called again and gave my request, go into pick it up, look at the pizza first it was not the way I like it. So I question the guy why is this the second time this is happening, he says you call a call center and any special instructions are for the delivery driver. First off I dont want to speak with a call center to place my order I want to speak with someone in the store who is going to take part in making my expensive purchase. Second since the food is at a high cost I would like it the way I want, like the pictures you see of the pizzas with my pepperoni on top otherwise isn't it false advertising. I walked out without my pizza. I have never done anything like that before and most likely will not again in the future. But anyways I would give pizza hut zero stars if it would let me but I can't. People you are much better of getting Boston Pizza which is also very expensive but delicious or any other pizza place(I also love luciani's pizza). I have never had an issue with pizza orders anywhere else but here. When I received my pizza over an hour after my order was placed the Garlic bread was over cooked. The Pizza that was supposed to be a pepperoni lovers believe was not. I actually counted 3 pieces of pepperoni on one slice . The pepperoni was easy to see as there was minimal cheese and sauce. It mostly just dough. I tried to call them to see if they would make me another one and could not get an answer. I got through to the pizza hut call center and they sent a message to the store. 35 minutes later I got a call back. I believe there are new owners and the staff is all new as well. There is one employee Jackson who is normally at the counter on Fridays and he is Fantastic!! This is the second time since the the new owners have taken over that I have been dissatisfied with my pizza. I can honestly say tho that tonight was the worst meal and customer service I have received. Which is why I am taking the time to write this.There are many pizza restaurants in Brantford, and I expect to pay a little more for my Pizza at Pizza hut because I expect a superior product and service. Read more02/06/21 EDIT: Hailey a manager in training reached out in reference to my complaint. I am extremely pleased at how this store deals with customer service. We reordered tonight and I must say they absolutely redeemed themselves. I would like to thank the employees and Hailey specifically for looking to resolve this issue. Original: Ive ordered twice recently and have been disappointed both times. Each time we got the triple threat box. First time strangely the website said my order would be arriving in 15 minutes. Knowing that was incorrect, I tried calling the store after and hour had passed. No answer. 1 hour and 45 minutes later my order arrives. Don’t get me wrong it was delicious but not worth the wait. So I decide we’ll try again last night because they truly have good food. The online timing seemed better last night. I ordered at 6:18 should come for 7:34. Okay so I wait. And I wait. Almost two hours it took. Again no answer at the store. Finally it arrives and the delivery driver who was very nice says they have one oven and they’re really busy.
