Pizza-Roma — Restaurant in Brantford

Ordered the $31 12" 3 topping pizza with 1lb wings special last night: ground beef, homestyle hot peppers and onion, and hot/honey garlic wings.

The pizza was alright, the homestyle hot peppers are always delicious. This was my first time ordering ground beef from them and the amount was so small and sparse I thought they had forgotten to put it on. Called the store to just let them know for the future and was told the ground beef is very small and fine and in the future I should order extra/another handful of ground beef.

Managed to pick the pizza apart and find some little ground beef bits while on hold. In the future you should mute or hold your calls because I heard the entire conversation where the lady who answered went to somebody else and said I told them we didn't get meat, he said "We probably did put it on." and then some back and forth about me calling (I won't type it all out, standard stuff about customers complaining) before she came back and said "I'm actually the one who made your pizza and I did put ground beef on it, it's just really fine and small. If you want more you should ask for another handful next time."

I wasn't asking for anything and even stated that in the conversation, just calling to let them know because I genuinely thought they forgot to put it on with how small it was. But the attitude and the skimpy portion has kind of turned me off of the place for a while.

Tried a slice and pop one day while in the area. Great pepperoni slice. Will definitely go for a full pizza. Nice choice of toppings on menu board. May have found my new pizza spot since moving to Brantford

UPDATE: Ok every time I go in to order a slice, pop and dip sauce I get different prices ranging from $5.95 up to $7.20. Why is there no consistency with the pricing for this type of order? Maybe tell the staff how it's supposed to be rung in properly if it's a combo deal on the register keypad. I don't feel like arguing with staff who shrug their shoulders when I tell them the older gentleman says it $5.95 every single time I get served by him but random prices from any one else on counter. Me and my two boys eat here two times a week the pasta! They have a bunch to choose from and on Tuesday at even cheaper than usual the prices are already really affordable and the pasta is like eating home-cooked food just about anything on their menu though including pizza and the chicken wings are great I highly recommend this place especially if you're looking to get hearty good food for a reasonable price.they have been open during covid even though they don't have as much staff they are still there and keeping up with orders pizza or pasta ready in 20 to 30 minutes me and my boys rely on this place so BIG ups to everybody at pizza Roma this is Chase saying u rock...
