Warning: Donât order from here. New Years Day we made an order of: beef and broccoli, Cantonese chow Mein, ginger beef, general tso chicken, sesame chicken, egg rolls, shrimp fried rice and lemon chicken. It took 2-hours for our food to arrive. It was cold and the texture of the food was stale, as if it had been sitting under warmers for hours. The breading was soggy and incredibly thick. The beef and broccoli had no sauce and was more like boiled beef and broccoli. The chicken in everything was flavourless - the Cantonese chow Mein was disgusting and also ice cold. Most of the food is going into the garbage and itâs such a shame because Chinese food it not cheap. The meat is bland, unseasoned, and some pieces were questionable. I had a piece of sesame chicken that had a strange texture, nearly made me vomit. The only food item that was edible was the sweet and sour sauce, which probably came from a bottle. I donât know how any of these reviews are good. Anyone who thinks this restaurant serves anything beyond poorly mediocre has...

New owners have cut too many corners and the quality has suffered. Iâm going to give some examples and each one is from a different time I ordered. 1 I order chilli chicken and a noodles with broccoli dish the chicken was over cooked in old oil the peepers and onions were in chunks instead of the Julian style and both the chicken and broccoli dish had not enough sauce to cover it. 2 ordered a meal for 1 the number four both chicken dishes were over cooked and the chow mein was greasy to the point that it pooled in the container. 3 ordered a meal for 1 with the sauce on the side when I got home they had put extra sauces on it and side sauces called to correct it came back with original dish for them they told me to keep it. By the time I got home with the new dish the side sauces and congealed and was harder than...
Read moreDear Jeremy, this is Nathan from Beijing Restaurant. We told you over the phone it was going to be at least 1 hour and a half. During busy days of the year, such as New Yearâs Eve, we always make note of the time at which orders are expected to be ready. Your order was expected to be ready at 6:45, but you arrived at around 6:00, which is 45 minutes early. Given how early you arrived, we were expecting your order to be placed within the 6:00-6:15 PM orders. When we were preparing the 6:45 orders, we found yours. I attempted to call you back, but no one answered. I hope you understand that New Yearâs Eve is the busiest day of the year for us (and many other restaurants), and to be fair to all customers, we prepare orders in a systematic fashion. This is why we make note of the expected time at which orders are expected to be ready. If you arrive early, we cannot simply âbumpâ your order ahead as that would be unfair to everyone else who ordered...
