Sweet little pub. Stopped in on a hot day for a pint of Guinness. Was served by very friendly lady. Not too loud, the usuals seem to keep the conversation to the not rowdy sort so good for a sit down for a rest. Overheard they serve Newcastle Brown Ale so will have to return another time to see if it is indeed found here. They got 3 tv's showing some sports so I stayed to watch a bit of footie. Read moreI really only go to this pub when Empty Hours are playing but it's a nice enough place. The staff is friendly. I wish the place was bigger though, it gets so crowded when a good band is playing it can be a bit much. And the dance floor is really small and often too bright(like being in someone's living room) but if you ask them to turn the lights down they will. Also, I wish the Smirnoff ice was sold in bottles instead of cans, but that's a personal preference for me. But that being said..
