update on my review This restaurant is angry because I gave them a bad review and are claiming I lied. Not true at all. The order was placed under a different name. They just couldn’t handle the honest criticism I gave them. It looks really bad on them.

Ordered from here recently. Food can be good but is extremely inconsistent. My most recent order was done through Skip. When we finally got our food it was cold and had missing items and the items we did get were not cooked properly. When I contacted the restaurant they passed the buck and said to call Skip. When I called Skip, they also passed the buck and said to call the restaurant. The restaurant refused to take ownership for what was clearly their mistake and tried to place the blame solely on Skip when it wasn’t Skip’s mistake. You can’t blame a delivery service for improperly cooked food. It’s like an episode of Kitchen Nightmares in the making. Do better and you’ll do better as a business and not always have an empty parking lot with no customers. If you can’t ensure your food can be delivered at a reasonable temperature and with all the items ordered, don’t offer delivery as an option. Also, something every customer should be aware of is that they have been shut don’t several times due to health code violations. I’m honestly surprised they’re still open with all the issues they’ve had over the years. My Thai is by far one of my favorite restaurants and I go there on a regular basis for lunch with my coworker. Today's experience was extremely disappointing as a result of our server. When we arrived, there was only one other customer in the restaurant. We were seated and she brought us water and immediately left without a word. She did not welcome us or ask if we know what we would like to order or if we needed a minute to look at the menu. If she had, we would have told her we know exactly what we would like to order without looking at the menu. After about 5 minutes of waiting, my coworker got up to ask if we can put in our order because we are on our lunch break. She came to the table and scolded her, repeating twice that she has other work to do and she is the only server. To be honest, she seemed to be annoyed that we were even in the restaurant to begin with and was further bothered by her request to put our order in. When she brought our food to the table, she left again without saying a word. She did not check on us once to ask if we needed anything. We couldn't even get a beverage. As we ate, she cleaned one table, sorted papers at the hostess stand, sat at the bar and avoided our table completely. My family owned a successful family restaurant for 45 years in Brantford. Worst customer service ever!!!! I have ordered chicken pad Thai for delivery after I specifically asked for no veggies no bean sprouts medium spicy and they delivered it to me with it! After I called to complain and explained myself and asked for a new order they refused and said they will give me the email address of the owner that I should email her and complain and only after she decides what to do they will be able to take care of the matter how ever they see fit. Then after I told them I will write a bad review they all of a sudden agreed to send me another pad Thai but not for free no.. I had to pay the delivery fee. Not only they made a mistake not only they didn’t want to send another order but after eventually they agreed to send me another pad Thai and free appetizer they charge me for the delivery fee… now just so you know first pad Thai the one I paid in full for arrived here in 30min. Now it’s been already an hour and a half that I am waiting for my “free” pad Thai. All said and done… great food but awful customer service.. I doubt if I’ll ever order for there again. What a SHAME!!!!!
