Dan's Neighbourhood Pub — Restaurant in British Columbia

Place was busy but not really my type of food served there and I like trying out local restaurants instead of chains. Would pick BPs across the street next time. Service was good but food was lacking. Salmon salad was huge BUT piece of salmon was really small and nothing but lettuce, sprouts and soft cucumbers in the salad. So ended up ordering some salt and pepper wings that I didn't finish either. The Pub was surprisingly very good. Traveling through town and stopped in here on the way to Alaska. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs this night. The Asian noodles dish was very tasty. They prepared it with red pepper, peanuts and brown sugar on the side. You can mix and match to your tastes. Dan's offered a great selection of traditional and less conventional fare. The service was great notaby earnest, prompt, and well timed. The menu offered many tasty choices. I opted for the strawberry mango chili-chicken salad. It was very ample and well garnished. Prices were fair, but well spent.
