Hands-down the BEST pub experience in Salmon Arm!
I can’t say enough good things about this place — it’s completely transformed under the new ownership, and you can truly feel the difference from the moment you walk in. The vibe is warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The new owners have done an incredible job bringing this spot back to life, and it shows in every detail — from the decor to the service to the food.
Special shoutout to Justin and Melissa, our servers, who were absolute gems. They were both so friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making sure we had a great experience. They made us feel like part of the family.
And let’s talk about the food — Taylor, the cook, is a magician in the kitchen! Everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavour. You can taste the love and quality in every bite.

My husband and daughter are big fans too—the wings are hands-down the best in town, and the burger is consistently fresh and hand pressed, and incredibly tasty. The beef dip is also a standout—some of the best in Salmon Arm, for sure.
We love the welcoming vibe and fun atmosphere. There’s a pool table, great entertainment, and lots of room to relax and enjoy yourself. Karaoke on Thursday nights is always a blast—definitely the place to be for a fun late night out.
The new menu is creative and exciting, and the new owners have brought such a friendly, welcoming energy to the place. You can tell they care about the details and creating a great experience for every guest....
Read moreUnfortunately, we will not be returning to the Crown 'n Anchor. This has been one of our "go to" places since they opened as we've enjoyed the food and servers, but we have recently discovered that they are NOT following the covid protocols. If you have your phone and ID out when you go through the door, they will ask , but if you don't, they won't. I didn't know for sure, until someone else told us we didn't have to show the passport and ID so we tried it. So much for feeling this was a "safe place" to go to. It bothers me as the whole idea is for us to feel we have a safe place to eat, but they're playing a game with our safety. The owner may feel like they're not discrimating, but they're also not taking the safety of those people who take covid seriously into account. Shame on you! Unfortunately, they're not the only restaurant playing this game. We now do NOT have our phone and ID ready at the door of any restaurant just...
