We visited this location last night for my parents 50th wedding anniversary a once in a lifetime celebration I wish I could say it went well but the way we were treated will stick In my brain forever. We went In at 3:15 and weāre one of the only tables in there the service started off well until our food came⦠when ordering my pasta I wanted fettuccine Alfredo but with chicken the lady said she would do the seafood Alfredoā but with chicken instead studying the menu I thought that would be great but instead she put in the Cajun fettuccine and changed the sauce.. this came with tomatoes and chives which I do not like I was in the bathroom when meal arrived⦠I sat with the plate for about 10-15 mins then my dad went to fetch the server⦠they said they can re make it my pasta took about 30 minutes to come out . Meanwhile my moms steak away very rough and hard to chew the server came back while I was in the bathroom and I guess asked but my mom hadnāt tried her steak so when she returned after my dad got her we told her about the steak and said ā Iām not sure I can do anything since you ate a lot of itā Cue manager im not sure who reads these but the manager was very off putting very shy and timid and basically told me I was lying about my pasta that I ordered if this way which was super upsetting and that my mom had an opportunity to tell the server because she had went and watched the security cameras!!! I guess to catch us in a lie??? but she hadnāt tried it yet then the server was no where to be found.. we talked with her some more and she did remove our two meals but after that our drinks remained empty for awhile and our server disappeared⦠a new server came and started serving us we were abandoned by her because of those issues we had? Also super upsetting.. anyways the new server was great. All in all super disappointing experience and we left thinking we will never return⦠itās not like we wanted the whole experience comped we see ended up paying over $200 I felt very attacked and canāt seem to shake the experience I am saddened that this is what my parents will be reminded off when they think about their 50th wedding anniversary dinner . One of the people from the kitchen (who was the best part of our experience, to be honest) was who came and greeted us at the front door. She was obviously very new and expressed that she didnāt know how to seat us but would find somebody that could. Kudos to her for being confident enough to do that!! However, when we got to our seats the first waitress we had didnāt come around for a while, and a second waitress came to take our order. She asked us if our orders would be complicated because she didnāt have a pen and paper with her to record the order.. thought it was odd. Then when I say Iād like to go last and to start at the other end of the table she says she canāt do that because she doesnāt have a pen and paper and so that order wouldnāt work. She was very sweet but it was definitely odd, and slightly inconvenient. Once she took our order we waited quite a while, the other waitress came back to take our order and so we told her somebody else already did it. She brought us our food and we were missing a side, asked for it and did get it. But she didnāt check on us for refills, and didnāt come back for at least half an hour give or take after we asked for the bills and boxes. Finally received the bill and we were charged extra for the side that we initially didnāt even get. She seemed annoyed the whole time she was serving us. Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service tonight. Went in for Motherās Day dinner and decided to endulge with the salmon dinner. Had both of my kids with me. Server came and served us and my food was very cold. Asked them to heat it up (I am not one to complain) but it was cold, and no one wants to eat cold seafood. My kids finished their dinner, and upon waiting we decided to order ice cream for the kids so they would be entertained while I ate a warmer dinner. We ordered vanilla with chocolate drizzle. My warmer food came out and no ice creme. We continued to wait and by the time I was finished ( and kids were crawling all over my head while I ate in the meantime) had to tell the server to cancel our ice creme. The manager came after cancellation with ice creme and was giving us so many excuses as to why it hadnāt come, including that she had to make it and that the server couldnāt make it due to a gluten allergy and that the cooks had put it together all wrong. Prior to this she was standing at our table while we had just ordered drinks in an almost awkward way. We didnāt even know who she was as she hadnāt even introduced herself. This place has to be under new ownership or management, as we have been here many times as locals and have enjoyed the service.. Tonight was definitely not one of them and we will not be back to enjoy one of the many few family restaurants in town. Big thumbs down for Mr mikes.
