Pizza Hut — Restaurant in British Columbia

Really disappointed in the lack of customer service I received last night. Ordered a Triple Treat Box + an extra side of breadsticks. The order arrived and the breadsticks were missing.

I immediately called the store, and the employee said "the delivery driver gave it to another customer by accident." When I asked how the situation would be rectified, she was not willing to refund me the cost of the breadsticks. Instead she offered me credit for future orders - fine, I accepted that. She rushed me off the phone, saying she would send me the credit without confirming any of my details. I have yet to receive any sort of credit or compensation.

To make matters worse, we had been waiting for our food for over an hour!

I don’t normally waste time reviewing national chains, but this is a franchise which is locally owned and operated and the staff here are truly exceptional! This place is part of the fabric that make Salmon Arm such a wonderful place to live and with businesses like this you are reminded why living in a smaller community is such a good experience! The ladies here really care about their customers, the food quality and the freshness of their food, as well their customer service is number one! From order to pick up the service was exceptional and my order was perfect in every way, what a great little place and such a nice option to have for Salmon Arm! Keep up...

We requested Pizza Hut to deliver 26 pizzas to our wedding venue at Little Creek Ranch in Chase BC for our "late night snack." I dealt with Yadvinder over email and telephone to arrange this, and he was absolutely wonderful! I did not expect them to agree to deliver to a rural location 54km away, but they happily fulfilled our order. For payment, I was asked to come to Salmon Arm to make the payment, but we are not from town so Yadviner went above and beyond to arrange an alternative payment method.
