Service: 5/5. Very nice waitress. They let us change our drink when we didn't like it which is nice too. Portions: 1/5 The food is allegedly meant to be shared, but the portions are too small to even fill one person. We had two small tacos, and the salad is impossible to share with someone else. We ordered three things between the two of us and we were still hungry after. Prices: 1/5 Way too expensive, especially with the portion sizes. A salad that isn't enough for one person is 15$, the pizza is 18$, and the two small tacos with tofu were 16$. Food: 1/5 The salad was disgusting. I was given an entire lettuce with its stem and everything that was cut in half lengthwise. I have never seen that in a restaurant before. It makes me think the lettuce wouldn't have been washed properly since the lettuce wasn't pulled apart. And the tips of the lettuce was charred and burnt. Why would you cook lettuce? The cheese on the pizza was weird. Tofu tacos were mediocre. My sangria just tasted like cold wine. Decor/tables: 3/5 A bit cramped. The tables are way too small for the type of menu they're offering where you 'share' your plates with everyone. Accessibility: 1/5 There are steps coming in that prevent a wheelchair user from coming in. There isn't enough space for a stroller.

My wife and I and another couple visited had a late lunch at Bistro 633 in Bromont, Quebec. We visited during the course of the annual Bromont Art Festival at the end of August every year. Even though the streets were packed, there was comfortable seating available outside at this Bistro. We were served in both English and French and they have menus in both languages for the convenience of their customers. I noticed that on one of the chalkboards mounted in the restaurant an extensive selection of red and white wines, cocktails, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. My wife ordered the gaspacho soup followed by mussels and fries. The mussels were served out of their shells in a Tuscany sauce which was excellent. I ordered a standard green salad as a starter, followed by a croque-monsieur which was very good. All the dishes were served promptly and were hot and tasty. This is a restaurant not to be missed if you’re ever in the Bromont area of Quebec’s Eastern Townships.

DO NOT COME. I would not be surprised if the high rating for this place is 99% from paid reviews....

Service was decent. But goodness... The food was atrocious... Not to mention the prices and quantities.

We were told the concept was "tapas you share"... Although how do you expect to share when one tapas plate is barely even enough to feed a young child... You're not sharing, you're trying your best to feed yourself with the little you get.

Next, the food tasted like it was made for a school cafeteria, except that I've gotten better food at school than here. The absolute lack of spices in food, making it entirely bland or the masking of flavour with cheese.

And the menu... You have to stand up and look at a chalkboard filled with text and no description and hopefully not make the mistake to order something you did not expect (ordered a grilled Cesar salad expecting grilled chicken only to end up with literally a grilled leaf of salad for 11$). Service was nice enough to switch it though.

We almost barely got a seat even though we tried to call for a reservation numerous times only for nobody to answer, whereby we were told upon arriving that "they cannot answer because they are busy"

Lastly, plates each for around 17$, I cannot stress enough NOT TO COME HERE.

1 star given purely for the service and ambiance. The...

UPDATE: We were at Bistro 633 on Saturday evening November 30 with more friends...this time from Niagara Falls. Again, we loved our selection but above all, we loved our server. She was sweet and very helpful. She really made us feel at home. We were seated at the first table as you enter in the dark, There was poor lighting at that location, but our server helped us navigate the menu. Give her a raise!

We visited on Sunday July 14 at around 1 pm with our family visiting from Alabama. We chose the 633 at random. Great choice! I had mussel in a cream sauce. Excellent! The big surprise was the Foie Gras Creme Brulee. It was small but we shared it all around. My wife had the Lobster Ravioli. She loved it...and she's picky. The service was very attentive. My French is minimal but had a fun with the server letting her know that Anglos never refer to Escargot as "Snails". (Only in the garden) It's "Escargot" in every language. :) Was it all expensive? Pretty normal for a...
