Café 1792 — Restaurant in Bromont

I have visited this location maybe a dozen times in the past year-and-a-half. Each time there's been no customers. It is a really good place.

The coffee is good. The service is good. The music is good. The ice cream is good. There's a nice selection of cheese. The chairs are comfortable and the washroom is clean.

I believe the business is hampered by the signage. The most prominent thing is the number 1492. But for anyone driving past and not familiar with this coffee shop you have no idea what it is.

The business would do well to have a sign where the most important word the far and away largest words - is ,(CAFE) COFFEE SHOP. The sign should say coffee shop in large large letters.

It would also benefit from some reason to enter. Something to attract children.

It seems that the design sensibility has overwhelmed the business practicality.

This small ice cream place is calm and nice. The Ice creams are creamy and they are made by them. Great option for Summer and even in Winter, I went to have a coffee in Cafe 1792 in December and my kid had got an ice cream and a hot chocolate. This place also sell different types of cheese, specially raclette cheese. But best of all, they rent the raclette grills so that you can make raclette yourself at home or in the cabin. You only have to come, ask raclette cheese and the grill and you can rented for the whole day and return it the next day. The free parking lot from the town it's very close and you can access...

Cute little cafe with indoor and outdoor spaces to sit. The carrot sweet potato ginger soup was delicious. The sweetness of the carrots was perfectly balanced with the sweet earthiness of sweet potato and the heat of the ginger. The croutons were delicious. I loved the art displayed and that there were a couple cozy but airy little rooms where the guests could sit inside to enjoy their soup or coffee once vaccination...
