Indian PanFlame — Restaurant in Brooks

The waitress - an Indian lady barely speaking English - knew nothing about their menu. My colleague asked for a decaf tea and she wouldn't know what it was. I ordered mix grill which has all kinds of meats and the lady asked me what meat I wanted. She would have to go and confirm that it's not single kind of meat :) My colleague could not decide between two different items on the menu and he expressed this loudly waiting for some hints or explanation of the differences. What he heard instead was: "You have to decide", and few seconds later: "Have you decided yet?", and again and again.

I asked a question about Indian beer and the response was that she didn't know because she didn't drink beer. Another hit - my colleague asked for glass of water and he got it... after he almost finished his meal :) and we were waiting for the meal for some time. Food was OK and although not outstanding it would qualify for 3-4 stars if not...

I ordered on door dash. I payed 10$ and some for a salad that had maybe 2 leafs of lettuce one carrot and 2 slices of cucumber that tasted very bad:(!! I also ordered a butter chicken that didn't arrive, what I got was brown meat, rice and sauce that tasted so wild it was still trying to run out of the restaurant!!. Which is crazy as I eat wild meat on a weekly basis and have only tasted meat this bad on a few occasions! To add to the horrible experience I payed almost 60 dollars for 2 dishes. One was soooo small it was child sized and the other tasted absolutely horrible!! I understand that restaurants have bad nights, this place has always been amazing when I've ordered previously but tonight is making me question if I ever want to order here again!! Over priced( 10$ salad, 20$ dish that could feed a small child) horrible tasting meat and the wrong name is wild to screw up all...

We were traveling to Calgary and were craving Indian food along the way. After a quick Google search, we found this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Although we arrived late, we called ahead and asked if they could stay open a bit longer for us — we were a group of six. To our surprise and delight, they agreed and warmly welcomed us.

The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, authentic, and left us all completely satisfied. The ambience was also wonderful, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.

Mr. Deepak served us, and he was fantastic — incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. He even gave our child a popsicle, which was such a sweet gesture.

Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious Indian food and...
