Wow, someone here had no understanding of hygiene. I ordered a breakfast sandwich from a drive thru, and when I went home, there was just a bagel without stuffing. So I drove back, and I understand that mistakes can happen…but when I went back, this girl just took the old bread from 30 min ago (the package was open and I had just thrown it on my car seat. I had also taken a bite cuz I was hungry), threw some stuffing inside, and just slammed it back on my hand. Excuse me? How is that acceptable in a first world country??? When I asked her to make me a new one, she just made a new one and threw it into my hand without saying anything.
I know that it’s a fast food place, but I expect some sort of standard, especially when it comes to hygiene and customer service. The management needs to talk to their staff about what it means to work at a dining establishment. I understand that they’re mostly young kids working for some pocket money, but this is FOOD that we’re talking about. Maybe talk to them about customer service. I’m sure those kids don’t see this as a “career,” but they’re getting paid to work here.
I don’t like to write bad reviews but I just think the manager here should know about what happened. And I won’t be going back to this location.

Read moreIt is near my home so that i frequently visited. Try to avoid the morning in the weekend between 9 to noon. Or you have to wait 20 minutes to 30 minutes per order. It is under staff but the staffs seems didn't report this issue to the store owner to find enough people to work. I ordered 2 coffee yesterday, no burger or any other food. I still have to wait 20 minutes. So I approached the staff and asked them please give me the drink as I am not waiting for any burger. She came back and dropped the coffee with a super bad attitude. Owner who read this comment, please make sure you get enough staff and train well your staff. Making food under staff will make people wait. I understand this. But while the food is making, staff can still fill the order like mine for the drink only. Why have to keep people waiting just for the drink? And since it is under staff, ketchup, drink cap, tissue is not refilling. Don't even expect the restaurant is clean as well. It is better to do it with drive-thru as it seems they don't like to see...
Read moreI went today and ordered a Dbl Qtr Hamburger with light ketchup, light lettuce, extra onions and extra pickles with a iced coffee and a poutine. I waited 15 minutes with ALMOST no one in front of me and at the end i get my burger and it had no ketchup no extra pickles (there is only 2) no extrea onions and no lettuce. I would have understood if it was really busy but there was no one in front of me and 5 of the employees just standing around the area you wait for the food to place in the bags just talking and laughing. I have had multiple times that we went and the order is always wrong. If your paying for something you should get what you asked for. All the other McDonald's in the brossard/Greenfield park area i go to never have the amount of problems this place has. Get your team some better training or new management because...
