Booster Juice — Restaurant in Burlington

Won't honor birthday smoothie. I went out of my way on my birthday to get the free smoothie offered through the Booster Juice app, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member wasn’t friendly or welcoming, no greeting, no ‘happy birthday,’ and no flexibility when the app wouldn’t generate a scannable QR code (despite me showing my ID as proof). I understand policies exist, and I appreciate the owner's response explaining the app process, but it felt like the staff could have shown a little more kindness or effort, especially given the context. I ended up paying for the smoothie, but left feeling unwelcome and pretty disheartened. I hope this feedback encourages a bit more empathy in future interactions...

Wonderful new location! The employees were so welcoming and warm. They worked incredibly efficiently even while just getting familiar with everything. I got my usual strawberry sunshine, and it tasted perfect! Had the pleasure of interacting with the owner(?) and briefly saw her family within the restaurant supporting their mom, and it made my heart happy. I hope this business thrives in this location since it is very convenient for quick trips before hitting the highway or...

Wanted to order a smoothie with added peanut butter. The lady suggested another smoothie that would save money as it includes peanut butter. I wasn't sure about it as I know the way I order it is amazing. I said I'll just go with what I originally wanted and then they made it without the peanut butter.
