We went to this location today and I have to say it was a little bit of a letdown for the most part taste wise on some of our items. I will start my review by saying the staff are excellent and make up a good portion of my rating today, as well as past visits pre-pandemic! When we arrived we were greeted by someone who searched for a table inside that worked for my girlfriend, our daughter (in a car seat), and myself. We were seated at the back so as to not obstruct anyone’s path and give us a little more space to put her down (much appreciated!). I ordered the “PANCAKE STACK” and substituted my two eggs for another pancake because I did not want eggs and I thought I might enjoy the pancakes more. The bacon, sausages, and home fries were good but I ended up sending the pancakes back because I found them to be dry and I guess previously I had ordered specialty pancakes (I was advised that the regular pancakes are usually like this and the specialty pancakes are more fluffy and not dry). The manger came over and confirmed the previously mentioned verbiage and offered me one of the “CINNABUN CAKES” to try and see if I enjoyed it more which I did because it was moist, flavoured, and obviously covered in cream cheese icing which is always a win for me (although I think the kitchen was seasoning something with pepper close to my plate because the last few bites had pepper on them). I know that with the “PANCAKE STACK” for an extra 3.00 you can get specialty pancakes instead of the regulars ones...do this and you will enjoy your meal more and if you can get the cinnabun cakes for that price, do it if you are a fan of the cinnabun cakes! My girlfriend ordered the “VEGGIE HASH” and advised me she as not 100% satisfied with the meal but that could be her personal preference (I did not try it myself so I cannot comment) but I think the guac was just not what she was expecting mixed with everything else. If memory serves me right she usually gets the “CANADIAN HASH” (maple bacon fanatic ) and she has never not enjoyed it! Overall I would say my first time back after Covid-19 closures went well and I would definitely return here but with a clearer mind of what I like...
Read moreStacked Pancake House in Burlington, nestled in the bustling Power Center Plaza, has quickly become a favorite destination for weekend breakfast treats. Conveniently located right by the highway, across from Costco, and near popular landmarks like Tim Hortons, Burger King, and Best Buy, this spot is a gem for those seeking a hearty start to their day.
My weekly ritual involves ordering from Stacked Pancake House via Uber Eats, and it's always a delightful experience. The menu offers a wide range of breakfast items, but their omelets are a standout. What I appreciate most is the extensive customization options available— a vital feature for any breakfast aficionado. You can load your omelet with a generous variety of vegetables and toppings, tailoring each dish to suit your taste perfectly.
Although Stacked is renowned for its pancakes, I find their eggs, sausage, and bacon equally impressive. The quality of these breakfast staples is consistently high, making every meal a satisfying feast. Their latest addition, the Monte Crisco sandwich, is also worth noting. It's exceptionally well-prepared, adding to their repertoire of delicious offerings.
Another notable feature is their hashbrowns. The option to spice them up with peppers, onions, or jalapeños is a simple yet impactful touch that enhances the overall meal. It's these small details that demonstrate Stacked Pancake House's commitment to elevating the breakfast experience.
Despite primarily ordering for delivery, the ample parking and strategic location suggest that dining in would be just as convenient. From what I've observed, the setting seems perfect for a comfortable meal out, whether you're starting off a busy day or winding down a leisurely weekend.

If you're in the area and in the mood for a breakfast that promises both flavor and flexibility, I highly recommend giving them a try. This is a solid five-star establishment that truly enhances the community with its great...
Read moreOverall not thrilled with this location. Whether I have ordered through skip or dined in, they never get my order correct. Everytime i ask my eggs to be cooked medium and they always arrive soft and extremely yolky. Medium eggs should be partially cooked with a bit of yolk. While hard eggs have no yolk. Hence MEDIUM. This morning I went for breakfast and asked for poached medium eggs. My eggs came extremely yolky. I am someone who does not like a lot of egg yolk, only a bit. I sent it back and it came back basically the same. Poached medium eggs need to be boiled for 4-5 minutes. These looked poached 3.5minutes at most. I didn't want to send back again as my partner was already partially finished his meal. My English muffins were also very soggy so it seems as though they used the same English muffins from the previous plate....which is disgusting given they had already been used and made a tad soggy now they sat there and were re-used. My pemeal bacon wasn't even warm anymore indicating that was also reused....just because you lather sauce all over it doesn't mean i can't tell. I was not even offered a discount on the meal which kind of shocked me given the fact I had to wait for my food to be remain due to their error...i am done with this location. I am very upset with the food and service here when there are other locations that...
