Service was excellent and the place was very clean and friendly. I ordered the seafood spaghettini for $26 and my partner ordered the 1989 Burger for $19 which is a Milestones signature item. The seafood pasta had four shrimp and barely visible shredded crab meat. Mostly pasta (and definitely just dry packaged pasta) and not much sauce. It wasn't very tasty so I asked for some lemon slices which helped. For $26 I would expect more seafood, maybe 5 shrimp and some chunks of crab on top would have went a long way. Also it cane with no bread,..a half a slice of really nice toasted bread with butter would also have went a long way. The burger was okay, the bun was the best part and the burger sauce was good. The fries seemed a lot like McCain freezer shoe string fries. We also had a Cesar each, came nicely garnished but they were super watered down from the ice. On the way home I became very sick and I am pretty sure it was from the seafood. Would not reccomend. Too expensive for what you get. Will not be returning. Sad because I used to love this place about ten years ago.

The restaurant itself is very nice and chique. The interior has a very nice colour scheme and the lighting is quite nice, although rather dim. The music is a bit loud, but I'm sure the wait staff would be willing to turn it down if you asked. The appetizer arrived rather quickly, but after that, the food took quite a bit of time to arrive, but nothing too extrenuous. The taste of everything, to be honest, was a little odd. Now, to be fair, nothing tasted bad, but it wasn't anything exceptional. The presentation was all quite nice, but none of the food was anything out of the ordinary. Milestones is just your everyday run of the mill restaurant that serves steak, sandwiches and pasta. It was an alright experience, but I probably won't be going again.

I normally dont get chance to give ratings but felt the need to do so. We were blown away with the amazing service we got. The whole experience from front desk to leaving the restaurant was superb. Sabatian is Amazing at hosting and made sure every thing was top notch. Also the whole staff was so welcoming and caring and kept asking if we needed anything. Food was amazing! We will definitely be coming back soon. Keep up the great teamwork. We really appreciate the effort. It made our Day!

My partner and I arrived at 10 pm on a Saturday night. We waited 5 minutes to be greeted, in a seemingly empty restaurant, as we noticed a server and bartender chatting behind the bar. After they took notice, a rather displeased bartender came over to seat us. We waited several more minutes for our server (in a near empty restaurant), and when she took our drink orders the drinks were also very slow to arrive. Finally we ordered our food. The goat cheese platter came out with garlic bread that was black, burnt to a crisp. We brought it up to our server, whose excuse was she was just trying to run the food, and didn't even check it. As a restaurant manager myself, this is absolutely unacceptable, and easily the worst thing she could've said. She returned almost immediately with a remake, and at this time we noticed we didn't have any cutlery. My partner scooped some from a nearby table, in full-view of who we expect was the manager, who did nothing except what looked like reviews with staff. He passed by our table several times and didn't quality check us once. Our mains were delivered by a different server, and we did not see ours again until it was time to pay. Mains were fine, no issues there, however we were seated nearby the kitchen and their music was blaring, overtaking the music in the dining room, making for a disorienting experience. We asked the new server who was now apparently taking care of us for the bill, and we noticed our original server was again talking to the bartender behind the bar. It took several minutes for the bill, again in a near empty restaurant with AT LEAST 4 front of house staff working. The bill was brought to us, and yet again we sat and waited this time for the machine while our original server kept going to chat with the bartender. Will not be returning or...

Milestones consistently holds a special place in my heart as one of my all-time favorite restaurants. The allure of this establishment extends far beyond merely satisfying culinary cravings. The food, a symphony of flavors meticulously crafted, has consistently delivered an experience that transcends the ordinary. It's not just a meal; it's a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression.

Equally noteworthy is the staff, whose commitment to excellence is palpable in every interaction. The service at Milestones goes beyond mere efficiency; it embodies a genuine passion for ensuring patrons feel not just attended to, but truly cared for throughout the dining experience. This commitment to hospitality transforms a visit into a memorable occasion.

We ate here for the first time in September 2017. We were completely disappointed in our experience. When we arrived we were asked if we would like to sit in the dining room or the lounge. We said we were indifferent, so the hostess recommended sitting in the lounge and sat us across from the bar. She said it would be quieter. The tables were a bit awkward and we found the seating a bit uncomfortable. The bartender took quite a while before coming over to us even though there was nobody else in the lounge besides a group of 3 people sitting at the bar who we suspected were employees. When he finally came over to take our drink order he seemed like he couldn't be bothered with us and was very unfriendly. Eventually we were served by someone else who took our dinner order. We ordered an appetizer, a salad, and two mains. She also seemed unfriendly. Our appetizer and salad were brought out by a 3rd person and she was lovely. Our appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip. While flavourful, it was so unbelievably salty! It came with red and white tortilla chips (that were over-salted also). We didn't eat the red tortilla chips as we're not big fans of food colouring. I had a burger for my main and while it was okay, the bacon was underdone, fatty, and soggy. The caesar salad we ordered was not good. It was lacking flavour and wasn't dressed properly and was thrown on the plate in an unappetizing manner. Overall the food was mediocre, but it was the service, particularly the miserable bartender, that made us agree we will never...
