TERRIBLE/ RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE I don’t like to write bad reviews but could not let these instances go: First instance got a wrap was asked if I wanted tomato’s on my wrap I said no but would like cucumbers (they are already slices and sitting their like how it is at a sub place) older lady said no and refused - I wasn’t asking for extra of anything literally all she had to do was use the tongs that she was going to grab tomato’s with to grab cucumbers instead. That left a bad taste in my mouth especially since that wrap size wasn’t large or begin with. Second instance - a few months later got the rice and potatoes with chicken - gave me a fork and knife went to sit down at a table My daughter wanted to share with me and I said I would have to go find a spoon somewhere (cause I know how stingy they were) my daughter wanted to help said no mom let me go ask - she went and asked for a spoon and the lady working this time said they don’t sell spoons and did not give her one. That was the nail in the coffin saying for me saying no to a 8 year old girl asking for a plastic spoon. Never again. Worse customer service. Very terrible and very disappointed. What a disappointment! Had not had Jimmies for a while and what we received was a real eye opener! Food was dry and tasteless. They packed our salad in with our hot food -if eating in that's ok but delivery is another. Salad was soggy with paper thin veggies - paid for extra feta didn't get any. Ordered 2 pork skewers on the side, charged 6 dollars each and got only 6 pcs of meat????Ordered chicken souvlaki dinner and chicken was the same only a few pcs. Ordered large potatoes, charged 12 dollars and received boiled not roasted potatoes - quantity of maybe 2 whole potatoes, no spices nothing on them - I could have made that at home! The take out containers are garbage not robust enough to hold your food or keep it warm. This is such stark contrast than on my last visit, needless to say this will be my last visit nor would I recommend this place to anyone period! The only thing that was good was our canned sodas were cold! We realize things have increased but taste, flavour, quantity (portion) sizes should remain the same not decrease. Super poor quality of food and containers all for the low price of 65.00???? Never again, hopes this helps others save...

This was my second visit to this location for Jimmy The Greek The portion sizes are ridiculous for what they charge. The food is overcooked, And the people serving the counter don't speak or understand English very well. Even the manager tried saying that they have secret shoppers so they're not going to give you an increased portion size because they might get in trouble for it. I had asked for a salad on the side of my meal instead of in the same container. They gave me a small container half filled with barely any toppings on it compared to the full meal I had prepared and then the meat and rice portion they were going to put into a small container which was half the size of the full meal I purchased.
