Quite disappointed… I ordered a lamb plate, and requested that my rice and potatoes to be replaced by vegetables. The young man who took my order told a young lady what I ordered, then turned to his friends chatting. The young lady started to add very little lettuce, pickle, and hummus and left my plate on top of the counter and left. My plate with very little vegetables was left on the counter for a while. The young man continued to chat with his friends, the young lady was waiting on the side without doing anything. I then asked her whether it’s possible to add some grilled vegetables to my plate and she agreed. She was actually very nice. She told me it would take a while for the lamb skewers to be cooked so I can take a seat. While I was waiting for my meal, I saw my plate was left on the counter, where every single customer of theirs basically could spit on my plate while making their orders. I don’t understand why they didn’t move my plate somewhere else while waiting for my lamb to be done. After a while, I was finally called to pick up my order. I have to say the hummus was good, the cold grilled vegetables were pretty good too. However, the lamb skewers were very dry and burnt. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll ever order...

The first time I came here, I ordered the Mix Shawarma plate. The meat itself was extremely disappointing. Everything was overcooked, very dry and flavorless. The salad is okay, but a little too sour for my taste. The sauce and hummus are nice, but overshadowed by the rest of the plate. The rice was undercooked and on the firm side. I was left hungry and unsatisfied. On the way out though, I saw someone with skewers that looked tasty. So, I gave this place a second chance couple weeks later. This time around, I ordered from the "Grill" menu. I got the Lamb Plate, and it was actually pretty decent. While the skewers aren't huge, they were cooked well. Even though the lamb is juicy, I feel like it needs more seasoning for my taste. The rice was a lot better this time around and they also had this nice refreshing cilantro mix that went on top of the skewers and rice. Since it comes with the same dips and salad, it made out to be a decent meal. Doubt that I'm going to come here again, but its an option if you're in the that part of the mall and don't want to walk to...

Quite a health risk. I was half way finished with my chicken shawarma plate and i bit something gummy and chewy and i was wondering what it was, i had to spit it out and holy cow to my surprise it was a raw piece of chicken. Which is odd cause they seared the chicken in the flat top and this one just came out very raw. Also the chicken is very dry and hard. Rice is quite dry too. Its a very westernized shawarma. Will not be going back to this place cause of the raw chicken and overall vibe. When i asked for my money back, he asked who was serving me this plate. FYI, does it really matter who made the mistake… everyone in the kitchen should be aware as a TEAM that this happened. Do not point fingers. Gladly i got my money back. I just hope i dont have salmonella after this. Please cook your chicken properly and make it less dry. This place could be done better.

We had lunch at Basha metrotown, and ordered the chicken and mixed shawarma wraps, with a tabbuleh side, along with a baklawa. The wraps were tasty and came in a not bad portion. Being Lebanese, I would say the chicken shawarma missed the garlic paste that you would normally find in a shawarma place in Lebanon, and the tabbuleh was not super amazing. It felt a bit dry to me. Their baklawa was amazing. So for all those who tried the turkish and balkan version of baklava only, please go and try it à la libanaise - which is the best! Baklawa is not supposed to be soggy and dumped in sugar syrup people! The menu looks tasty and we will definitely go back to try more things! The prices are affordable and the cuisine is worth exploring!

I think we went in there with high expectations but something was not right. We ordered #13 which is mixed plate but got beef only (someone did not pay attention) “Hot sauce” is tasteless and is not spicy, I think they can do better on that end. The beef was a bit over cooked, not sure about chicken since we did not get our order right. They do offer garlic sauce and humus but no pita. Need to add more drinks to the menu. I would have definitely given 5 star but the review has to be realistic. Besides that they seem to be very nice on customer service. Orders are getting ready pretty fast! The meat is 💯 halal Pricing is very much standard for todays market. Will stop by another time to see if there are any changes.
