Little Tea House — Restaurant in Burnaby

Really disappointed in little tea house. I’m a regular customer and I always loved my experience coming. However, today the owner greeted us with unnecessary hostility. He frustratingly welcomed us by saying “are you gonna to order you’ve come multiple times and I’m trying to eat dinner” in a confrontational tone. Even though there was no sign or indication that the bubble tea house was closed during open hours. Just for context purposes my sister and I briefly looked at the menu once and were indecisive on what we wanted so we walked away and then came back a minute later which prompted the owner to suggest that we were inconveniencing him during his supper time by coming multiple times when that was not the case. I understand that people have bad days but put a sign saying you’re eating and closed during open hours rather than projecting your stuff onto your customers. Sadly because of this experience you lost regular profit from my sister and I ever purchasing or recommending your bubble tea. I recently visited this bubble tea store and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! From the moment I went up to the cashier to order, I was greeted with a warm smile from the staff. The store was clean and well-organized, which made it easy to browse the menu and choose my drink.

The variety of bubble tea flavors was impressive, and I appreciated that they had both classic and unique options. I decided to try their strawberry lemonade, and it did not disappoint! The flavour of the strawberry lemonade perfectly complimented the chewy, flavorful pearls!

What really stood out to me was the attention to detail in the presentation of the drinks. My drink was beautifully garnished with fresh fruit and looked almost too pretty to drink! I also appreciated that they used eco-friendly straws and cups.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this bubble tea store. The staff was friendly, the drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere was inviting. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great bubble tea...

We bought a Green Apple Refreshing Tea from Little Tea House and it really was refreshing. Nowadays it seems like there are new Bubble Tea shops popping up everywhere, but after all these years Little Tea House at Metrotown is still one of my favourite Bubble Tea shops. The quality of their drinks is always top notch. I havn't had a single drink there that I didn't like. They have lots of different flavors to choose from, and when I first got into brown sugar pearl drinks, this place had one of the best brown sugar pearls out of all the shops we tried. (and we tried quite a number of them)

Parking there is easy as it's located right inside Metropolis at Metrotown so there's plenty of parking. (And the parking is free!) It's an excellent place to pick up a thirst quencher if you're in the mall, or even just somewhere nearby in the neighbourhood.
