Came in for the salt caramel smoothie and while I was trying to pay, the machine wouldn’t work. So I decided to be patient and wait. Mind you, there was nobody waiting either. Anyhow, the two ladies there decided to make me wait for a long time to keep trying to pay as they made the drink. And they somehow managed to kinda fix the machine & I tried to pay. I tapped, it beeped & boom! The machine stops working again. They said it didn’t go through (It wasnt clear if it went through or not because the machine just stopped) After all the long wait, they didn’t even offer to just give the drink. I was so shocked at how they treat customer as if they have nothing else to do with that time. Idk any place who would do this!
( I respect the value of item, but the drink is either going to the staff’s stomach or thrown away if the payment didn’t go through. They could’ve just given the drink because they made me wait. )
I’ve never given a negative comment to any place. But this was...
Read moreWorst chicken wrap I’ve had in my life… I am not sure what I was expecting for $7 but it wasn’t this. It was boiled chicken with light bbq seasoning, cold cheese and lettuce, how hard it is to add a bit of sauce or dressing I feel like this would at least save a bit and make it more edible. I understand their main focus is smoothies and juices (which I’ll get to it later) but do not sell things if they are this bad. I couldn’t finish the food and I’m not one to waste food.
On another note I had their strawberry sunshine and it was like drinking pure sugar syrup not sure what do they do with their juices but this wasn’t it. I remember I used to drink their smoothies quite often before but their quality has really gone down hill trying to hit in all directions now also offering bubble tea, it’s like a sinking boat trying to stay afloat.
Won’t be coming back...
Read moreI'm surprised at he balance of the good and bad reviews here. I once bought a Mighty Kale (like everyone else!) and I asked for half sweet.
This franchise looks like it's family owned. At least from my perspective.
The big guy at the front looked at me like I was retarded, and asked, "what do you mean". Caught by surprise, I didn't know what to say either. I'm not the smoothie barista, HE was!
I told him that the Jugo Juice at Lougheed Mall usually makes it for me. Then the guy scoffed at me and curtly asked if I meant half water and half juice.
Wanting this one-sided conversation to end, I just quickly said yes to end this. As soon as I got the drink, I wanted to get as far away as possible.
The taste doesn't taste any better than the other franchises.
I'm never coming...
