Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Burnaby

I have had a few doubts ordering from dominos - especially with delivery for a long time now. The last time i had dominos was when i was between the ages of 10-14 and now i am an adult. I was hoping that this would be a good idea, to rekindle the memories but noo instead my memories came back to still; being the cheapest pizza you can get on the market. I literally ordered from the app- i got the chicken bacon alfredo pizza - tweaked it a bit and added a few tings- Specifically wanted "Extra chicken"-- wasnt soo impressive - it looked like Normal amount to me. I just dont like paying for 30.00 medium sized pizza that didnt even spread the toppings well enough for me to taste each and every component. A medium pizza should be 15.00 or nothing at all. I am just surprised that dominos is still open to today- and they still cant meet customers needs. I must say the CEO is getting real tired at this point or sipping pina coladas in a beach somewhere and doesnt care about putting more love on their pizza. My son put the order in online. It arrived on time and was nice and hot. My son was eating his 3rd slice of pizza and bit into a hard chunk of plastic. I phoned and the pizza was replaced and we sent the rest of it back. Which was really great of them. However when the delivery man arrived, my son met him at the door to do the exchange he was extremely rude to my son , which I get he was choked to have to deliver a free pizza. It was not our fault that there was a hard chunk in our pizza. The delivery man then knocked over the ashtray we keep out for company, he then stomped off leaving me to clean up the mess he made. I can't prove it but it seemed like it may have been on purpose. I would've given this particular Dominos a very high rating due to the pizza being replace rather speedily, which is exactly what you should do when your company makes an error. However the mean delivery man screwed that all up. I often get my son to order from this particular dominos. After the rude treatment from the delivery guy, unfortunately we will not be ordering...

Terrible service, placed order at 5:54pm with a 25-30m. I showed up and my order was ready on their screen, and they told me it's almost ready. I waited and asked again because my name had disappeared on the screen. They continued to insist I wait over and over again. I understand that they were very busy and gave the benefit of the doubt. I asked for the fourth time, and the guy asked the kitchen staff in his language, and gave a little laugh and smirk to his co-worker, and you guessed it, he told me to wait again. I asked for the fifth time and asked if it was even coming, it turned out my pizza was given away to the wrong person way back when I got in the store, and they had to remake it. At this point it was already 7:00pm I asked them to just cancel the order, which they had refused to do and insisted I wait MORE. I got the pizza at 7:15pm, no apologies or anything, just handed me the food while glaring at me. I had to ask the staff FIVE times for them to even investigate where my order was?!...
